The store is unbearably hot and unsafe for those who enter the store and for the employees. I have asked the employees and they said that it’s controlled by a store in Seattle and the heat is adjusted for Seattle weather and their comfort, not other stores. I almost passed out and had to leave my 13-year-old to finish the purchase! You can tell the employees are struggling so shame on you, target! Target will have a lawsuit against them if anybody passes out and hits their head in there! I think government agencies need to be notified of their “ Energy conservation” measures causing workplace and public safety issues!

Waited all week for the Hot Wheels section to be restocked only to find out this morning that people came in two seconds after is open and just bought all the boxes. Straight off the cart didn't even make it to the shelves.

Richland Target is always well organized and well stocked. Only downside is that they don’t have fresh produce like the other target in town but this one is less crowded so I favor this location most of the time for a quick shopping trip

I love the Richland target. Always clean, always employees around ready to help. I also love the ease of drive up orders- ready in just a few hours and you can have them bring you out a Starbucks Coffee. I have a Red debit card and save 5% on everything when I use it- plus I can use my Target Circle savings and find everyday items cost me much less than they’d cost at competition stores. Returns and price matches are easy. Getting help online with their chat feature is super easy and they can often price match just using the chat alone, which saves me time and money.

I’m absolutely in love with Target! They are always up to date on trends whether it’s clothing or home decor! The $3-$5 is a huge perk if you’re looking for a deal on decor, storage items, kitchen items, it’s an assortment of random things you might find useful! Richland Target specifically I feel has more organization and friendly employees!

Out of the 2 targets in Tri-citys this has to be the best one. Always organized, bathrooms well stocked & clean. Love that they are always well organized & the flow of products are easy to go through. Staff is friendly and helpful in locating items. Front team staff looks well groomed & seems like that have good communication. Cashiers Aaliyah was so sweet and friendly. Wish more cashiers were like that, enjoy her, enjoyed my customer service experience her. Also love that a Starbucks in located in the store, they provide the same product selection as other Starbucks locations.

My favorite target. Grab a Starbucks then get my shopping done. Curbside pick up is a life saver, and always ready in the 2 hour window. Try to shop around when they have their gift card deals and each week something new is 30% off. Target circle is a must.
