This place takes literally 20 minutes to open the window after ordering your order on a screen. They didn’t have either kinds of cookies. They don’t have apple juice for kids so they gave me Apple sauce and they did both of my sandwiches wrong. Every time I go there it’s more disappointing. Bring back them making your sandwich as they take your order.

Don't use the drive thru. I was waiting for 10 minutes before they even acknowledged that I was there.

We went to this Subway to order a sandwich and we went through the drive through because the lobby was closed around 6:00 pm. We ordered then were sitting for about 20 minutes. When we go to the window we paid and realized it was the wrong order and we told the worker. We asked if we could get what we ordered and if we needed to pay the difference. She didn’t understand what I was asking and went and got another worker. I re-explained the situation and he told me. “We don’t get paid enough to deal with this.” I told him I understood and asked for a refund. He then proceeded to tell that they didn’t have a manager that that would not be possible. So I asked again if we could get the sandwich we ordered and they went back to work on the sandwich. We saw through the window that they were yelling about it. We were in the drive through for about 45 minutes.

Poor experience for the last 3 times I’ve been.Came in and said firstly, I have a coupon for two sandwiches for 13.99.I then said, I want a spicy Italian and a turkey club. The two people working, up-sold us on the similar “new” Sandwiches. I shrugged my shoulders and said OK.I get up to the register, they ring me up and Total is double what the coupon was for.They go on to tell me it’s not their job to remember what is included and not included on the coupons…. I was confused, because isn’t that your job to know what coupons your company is giving out?

i waited 20 minutes in the drive thru, no one came. i had to go inside, pick up my order there, and it was not even my order. i went all the way home before noticing and came back. waste of time and money.

Bad service ordered sub on line and had to wait 40 minutes. The two subs only had half the foot long with any fillings. Was very disappointed

I got lucky and didn't have to wait at all. The server was a very pleasant young man who was polite and respectful.

The restaurant was really clean and Sam was very welcoming and friendly. She was patient with our kids who wanted to order themselves, and even though she was very busy, she was kind and didn't make us feel rushed. She was alone at 7 pm on a Friday on probably the busiest street in the tri cities, but she still managed to help everyone and even take several online orders. She definitely deserves respect and appreciation for her work ethic.Kid-friendliness: She was friendly and took time to listen to my kids while they placed their own orders.

I put in an order to pick up. I set at the outside window for about 10 minutes and no one came. I had to go inside (I’m handicapped) and wait in line for others to get there orders. Our food was cold and soggy by the time I got it.

I ordered at 2:18pm on the screen. Pulled up to drive-thru window, waited there for 7 minutes before a guy opened the window and said it would be a moment before my sandwich was ready because "she" (I'm assuming his other co-worker/manger) was doing a cash drop. I waited for another 5 minutes, by then it was already 2:30pm. I decided to just drive off because no one had came back to the window to check on me. I don't understand why the guy at the window didn't just make my sandwich and charge me on another register. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE.

Clean location. Staff is friendly. Typical fresh veggies and meats as you'd expect from a Subway. They need the new style oven for toasting the sandwiches. The old style oven they have seems to leave the bread a bit crispy. Otherwise a good location.
