Locked out of my acct for no reason, no irregular transactions, and sure enough nobody is available on the weekend to verify the acct. If I were out of town or didn't have cash on hand I would be in an extremely inconvenience position. I just hope none of my bills get charged this weekend and there are further issues because of this incident.

Omg don’t even waste your time with this place. Came in 40 minutes before close looking to open an account, they said they could open one for a minor but not me with all my proper documentation. So I went to HAPO and opened a checking, savings, got checks, a debit card and deposited a check! ALL WITHIN 10 MINUTES! If I could give zero stars I would.There were no miscommunication issues about proper documentation. Simply your staff isn’t willing to help current or future customers because it’s “too close to closing, wouldn’t want anyone getting tied up.” I would never treat someone like that.

Free checking account, helpful staff, and their app is easy-to-use. Would absolutely recommend them.I had a learning curve about digital transactions, leading to some unexpected overdrafts due to how the app reports funds. They waived the fees, and helped me understand the system. Haven't had any overdrafts since.

DO NOT USE THE ATM AT THIS BANK.. TOOK MY DEBIT CARD AND WHEN I WENT INTO THE BANK THEY TOLD ME I HAD TO GO GET A NEW CARD FROM MY BANK. NOW I HAVE TO WAIT 7 TO 14 DAYS BEFORE MY NEW CARD GETS HERE. NOT TO MENTION THE INCONVENIENCE OF SETTING UP ALL MY AUTOMATIC WITHDRAWAL I HAVE SET UP. AND WOREST CUSTOMER SERVICE

I arrived at the branch drive up window less than 10 minutes before close. I needed a new debit card and with my work schedule it is difficult to come during normal branch hours. The teller I worked with was very friendly and accommodating. I would have understood if they didn’t have enough time to help me before they closed, as I was maybe 5 minutes off from the scheduled time. They not only helped me get my new debit card but they were very friendly the whole time. I have been an STCU member since 2015 and this is absolutely on brand with the service I am used to getting with them. Thank you Queensgate branch for reminding me why I love banking with STCU.

It “ate” my card 2 times already and couldn’t get it back. It was so stressing getting a new one and not worth it. The screen froze and then went back to the home page but never gave me my card. They couldn’t do anything about it :/ and today it happened again, (2 time) and it’s so stressful and I had to go run errands and couldn’t because I needed my card to pay. They couldn’t help me and now I’m stuck without a card :(.
