This girl with blue and pink hair was super friendly. I haven’t dyed my hair before, but she explained everything I’ll need and how to do it. It turned out exactly how I wanted it with her help! Love how helpful they are here! Will definitely recommend to my friends.

I come in here with light purple and brassy ruits. I ask whats good to use to get my brassy grown put under control. SHE GAVE ME BLUE TONER. DO. NOT. ASK. THESE. WOMEN. FOR INPUT.THEY DONT KNOW ANYTHING!!!!! THERES A REASON THEY'RE NOT IN A REAL PROFESSION.

I went to Sally's because that's the only place I can find replacement combs for my blow dryer. But today I went to the Sally's in Richland and since Covid you can't go inside. The lady brought a couple she had to the door to show what she had. The two she showed me were identical so I said I'll purchase both. I never asked how much cause in my head I know they are a few dollars I purchase and go about my business. Get home to look at the receipt and one she charged me 2.99 the other 10.14.. All I can say is price gouging. Makes no sense these are the same item..

I like going to Sally's because I can find to right color for my hair. The new rewards system that gives you a cash reward to spend it at Sally's is great.

First of all the employees at this store are phenomenal. Jene, the manager is incredibly kind, knowledgeable and helpful. One day I needed a specific product that wouldn't be in until Monday when the shipments come it. Jene was awesome enough to set aside a box for me and when I went back, it was ready for me. I'll never go anywhere else.

All the NEW EMPLOYEES are a joke. They make the exchanges or returns difficult, they go against policy. They always have a pissy attitude no one looks like they want to work or be there from the staff to management, I should be angrier but it's actually pretty funny how much they went to shits! Don't give Sally's your money shop at ulta.
