The pharmacist was very good. Pretty much painless which I like the only downside was when I tried to call to get an appointment I had to call several times and it turns out they have a phone system if you call several times the phone system automatically kicks you off so it's not possible to call them after they're busy. If it had not been for the phone system I would have given him a five. Turned out I could set up my appointment online which I was not aware. That system work just fine

Went to get my script for my dog. Was ready Tue went Thur and she first said it was out back. Then asked to fill again said 3 days due to short staff. So your short staff, but have time to put scripts back on shelf? Second time this is happened. Lady is all over the place with different answers. Save a headache and go to RX.

I needed to pick up my prescription today because my prescription was running out. So I went here to pick up my prescription. I have insurance that usually pays for my medicine. Today, I went to this Safeway pharmacy to pick up the prescription and a gentleman told me that my insurance wasn’t working (This gentleman was nice and normal). So I went off to the side to call my insurance company without getting in other people’s way. No one answered, so I decided to pay the full amount this time. I went back to the counter and talked to a lady in front of the counter. I was really confused, so I tried to ask her why the insurance didn’t work this time. She just told me that my insurance company won’t cover the prescription because it is an over-the-counter medication. Then she just asked me to pay for the prescription and asked me do I have any questions. I was surprised that she just assumed that my insurance company won’t cover the prescription without a second thought. She was really impatient the whole time, and I felt like she just wanted to get rid of me as soon as possible. I really hope this lady can learn to be respectful and patient with strangers in the future. The world is such a lovely place, why not treat people with love.

I have wanted to write a bad review for a while now but I wanted to not cause I felt bad BUT, they really are awful. If it's some girl with facial piercing (that's not a problem just an identifier) and in some random t-shirt then you're probably not gonna be greeted with remotely any friendliness nor any interest in actually helping you out. The same thing applies to the like 5'3 Caucasian middle aged pharmacist or whatever his role is. He's always just very rude and today he gave a speel on needing to come 10 minutes before close cause they have lives and have families and such since they closed at 9:02 instead of 9. Everyone has stayed a few minutes late after work, you're not special nor is it that serious. The safeway in Kennewick, all the people especially Misty are so friendly and helpful. Will always greet you and make sure your questions are answered even reach out to the doctors. This safeway on G. Way couldn't have cared less about my concerns or questions. Nor even seem knowledgeable eventhough they have a database on interactions and everything right on that computer. The guy techs here are really cool but everyone else is literally awful and standoffish. You don't have to work in this field if you don't want to, I didn't choose your job for you. No wonder they're short staffed. The tall long haired pharmacist is also not very helpful or nice but atleast he's occasionally friendly which at this point is a mile above the other two I mentioned and that's still not much. Back to the short pharmacist, he didn't seem to understand his own job like he didn't know how long they took appointments for vaccines for either or anything. They don't send text messages after 7 about prescriptions being ready which I overheard them say so I'm not sure what they are really doing after that but they could have people's prescriptions picked up but don't want to potentially have people come In around close.

The other Safeway pharmacies are courteous and professional even though there may be some kind of a wait. Repeatedly the individuals at this store lack both a customer service drive and a friendly attitude. Go elsewhere.

The only issue is insurance. They believe what the computerized system with the insurance companies says and then the insurance companies say something different when called. The pharmacy itself has been very good to me.

I used to love going to this pharmacy. But now it's just lies from the employees and pharmacist. Saying oh your insurance won't fill it yet. But I called my insurance and they said. It was fine with them to fill it. And then you call Safeway back and they say oh well we actually won't fill until this date. So they are liieing to customers to keep there secret, that they control your prescription more then insurance and the doctor. CUZ it's always up to them . I've been a customer for 10 years total and I'm done with Safeway pharmacy, I don't want to be lied to. Who does

SAFEWAY FLORAL I went in this morning, they had a very nice orange arrangement only thing was that the main orange roses had dry petals and were starting to droop down. So I very politely asked the lady if swapping them out with other roses was a possibility. She huffed and puffed, told me I was wrong that the roses were fine. Starting taking them out, saying things under her breath, then she asked me to come back in an hour. I told her to just go ahead and stick them back in. I wasn't coming back. So rude!!!!! I cannot believe this bitter, old woman works in customer service!

Always kind service! They are very busy yes! But always! working hard to rush your perceptions threw asap! The staff is helpful,kind,always makes sure all questions are answered before you leave! They Go Over and Beyond To Asure that there Customers are kindly cared for. They treat you like family! I've been with Albertsons/Patrick then Safeway for years 20plus.100%Thanks Guys!
