I have been going to RX for 12 years they are awesome they make sure my meds every month is delivered they take their time with me on the phone and when I go in they're very nice people there and the owner is so awesome I'll never go nowhere else

Rx Pharmacy is without question the best pharmacy in town. These folks have customer service perfected! Friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and best of all is their fast and accurate service. Top notch local business that provides an excellent service to the community. I would highly recommend Rx Pharmacy for anyone who is tired of poor service and long wait times at the larger chain store pharmacies.

I wanted the Covid booster and flu shot as I’ll be traveling soon. My health insurance is ca based and I wasn’t sure if it’d be accepted, but they ran my insurance on their end before hand and everything worked. Overall I was there for under 30 min- 10 minutes of checking insurance, 10 minutes of waiting, then a few minutes of getting the vaccines (which was quick and smooth). I’d recommend!

They are rude when they mess up and don't want to admit it. They lost my med when the sack was over 3/4open and according to drivers I can't look at the meds before signing. And the supervisor didn't listen to me on that, or that the bag was wide open with only 1 corner stapled, and drivers have forced me to sign for my meds without being able to look at them supervisor wouldn't hear me on thisIf I was able to look at meds maybe this wouldn't be a problem. Bc I would have found that my medication was missing before signing for it. They are unprofessional with that they made a mistake and not wanting or trying to admitt they messed up. Or even the high chance they did mess up.Very poor communication skills as management they don't listen to people or try to connect to problems when they have become a admiss and more than probably messed up.Bag 3/4 open and forcing to sign without looking at pillsThe head person was flat rude and not helpful and not listening to the problems bc they put his delivery drivers at fault if he actually listened.They have things to clean up. Big time. I was treated rudely 1st and they started all the rudeness and contention. Time to fix this and stop covering up workers mistakes and be customer friendly.I was not treated customer friendly at all.I don't appreciate being yelled at 1st by the staff.And being told 2 separate things from 2 separate people. In the organization. And I get yelled at for that . Not the other way around.I didn't yell first you guys did based on what u called me as yelling. U yelled 1st and I didn't yell for a bit. You guys are the aggressive behavior people 1st.. mistreatment by you guys from the beginning.

I used to have Reliance Pharmacy in Kennewick as the pharmacy I trusted. With complex medical issues I had a long list of prescriptions and for years they took great care of me and got to know my adult children when I could no longer pick up my own meds. I thought they were unique with their talent and service and they have free prescription pick up and drop off even though I never used that service. I was a bit worried when I went on hospice and found out that they have their own preferred pharmacy that they use. To my amazement I have found that this pharmacy is just as kind, caring, knowledgeable, personable and quick. Other than a few times something unexpected happened and my children went to pick up an emergency prescription, this pharmacy has had some amazing people that bring my prescriptions right to my door every week. They have been so kind and understanding as they've waited out in our summer heat because it takes several minutes to get my lift chair to slowly get to where I can get out of it and then use the walker to get to the door. They've actually apologized to me for having to get up, little things like that show what kind of people they are. They even pet my dog that demands attention and thank goodness they haven't been scared off by the deep growles and barks when he hears someone come to the door! He now knows that they are ok and he gets a treat now everytime I get my medications and I think he looks forward to their deliveries. As a pet parent, I really appreciate their kindness and understanding and nerves of steel when they make their deliveries. We are truly blessed here in the Tri-Cities to have two such amazing pharmacies like this with such kind , happy and helpful people. I don't know why anyone would choose the pharmacies with grumpy people that don't seem to care, that treat you like a number and make you wait hours and hours. So if anyone is looking for a wonderful pharmacy that will treat you like a person, like you deserve to be treated, look no further, you won't regret it!

Whoever said that the employees are unprofessional are all kinds of wrong. Best pharmacy ever. Everyone is friendly. They are so fast and very professional. Love the place. Recommend it to everyone.

I get my scripts sent here. They are always helpful and kind. There was one time I needed antibiotics for my daughter and they weren't going to get it in until the next day. The only bad experience I had was because they didn't notify me. I called them (at the end of the day) and they were able to send the script over to a pharmacy that could fill it. It was a little annoying, but understandable how this happened. Despite this experience, I have had multiple positive experiences with them and love them!
