The pharmacy here will just never have your prescription ready or on time. Even if you phone ahead chances are they'll ask you to come back in 30 minutes to an hour. If you're reliant on timely medicine I would use another location.

I have always loved the pharmacy. Great pharmacists and techs. My problem is the price gauging that is going on with many of the toiletries. So I am done with quick stop to rite aid on way home..... ?

Where do I even begin.... The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is for the 1 manager that understands that my son has an issue with his meds. He's 6 so understandably so. But the way the blonde foreign intern chick has treated me back to back to back, I will NEVER be using rite aid pharmacy again after today. I spoke with the manager, 2 days ago and she knew my situation, this am I call, as usual they weren't open in time, so I call 3 times and finally SHE answers. The manager told me that she'd have it ready for pick up this am knowing I have appointments and school and other stuff, low and behold, the blonde chick tells me I can't pick up till noon???? Like wth. She order over 300 so that I wouldn't be shorted or screwed but here I am being told they are out and I have to wait. First they do not communicate, they never open on time, and they are all judge-y, rude, women, on top of that I try to ask a question as I was told otherwise 2 days ago and she has the audacity to hang up on a customer. I am calling head quarters to file a formal complaint. I'm tired of mistreatment, judgement (they aren't doctors), and everything else. So I am telling you now, DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION! They are terrible, rude, condescending women.

Arrived to the pharmacy at 7:30pm. I was hoping and praying the pharmacist would fill my prescription cus I was going out of town the next morning...they close at 8pm. She filled it for me!! They are seriously the very best!!

I've had good experiences here picking up meds and getting vaccines. Got a flu and a booster today and they were wonderfully efficient admistering them! The pharmaceutical staff are friendly! :)

The pharmacy staff at this location are wonderful!! It is my go to place for all vaccines. The store staff is also great and the store is very clean. I sincerely hope this location remains open!

The app sucks. You can't order refills, all you can do is look at the history of your prescriptions. It's a major hassle calling in to refill a prescription, getting my script filled correctly, or be treated with ethics and integrity. Rite Aid has a major problem with treating its customers like crap.

Been getting medication here for over 12 years. One of the newer make employees in the pharmacy is the absolute worst. Have had several problems with him. He constantly has been incredibly rude, unhelpful and straight out lying to me and my partner. He told us my medicine was not ready and to ocme back in an hour, so we did. When we returned he said they weren't going to fill it because it was expired. Asked why he told us to come back if he knew that and said he never told us to return. Then he Told us there was no possible way to get an emergency refill for a medication that causes withdrawals and walked away from him mid conversation. We know there is something they can legally do and when I Talked to the actual pharmacist, they approved me for a 3 day refill immediately. Next time my partner went in to pick up my meds, the same guy told him it's their policy that only the prescription holder can pick up the medicine and that he won't allow him. He has been picking up my meds every month for 5 years, never had that problem. My partner requested a supervisor to talk to and the guy huffed and rolled his eyes. He got the supervisor then proceeded to tell them that my partner was lying and that he did not tell him he couldn't pick up the medicine and what he actually said was the meds were not ready yet. The supervisor was obviously confused and even stated that he is wrong because she could see on the system that the medication was In fact ready. I don't know what this guy's problem is, but he need to go into a different field of work since he clearly hates his job, hates people and enjoys being unhelpful and possibly harming customers due to misinformation about medication refill policies.

Absolute incompetance at the pharmacy. I give them a couple extra days to catch up and fill my prescription, come at 10 am, not ready. They say come back at 2, i give them an additional hour and a half, they say oh its not ready yet, come back at 630 and it should be done. Nope. Unreal how unorganized this place is. Several other times ive had similiar things happen and other times its been other stuff like. I am finding a new place, its the fact that even when i explain how upset i am they are apathetic and just shrug like their is nothing they can do. Yet sit and watch them sometime. Just dragging feet with every step.

Absolutely horrible service at this Rite Aid location. We are changing to mail order. 20 minutes in line indoors or outdoors to fill a prescription while people behind the pharmacy counter are standing around doing nothing. They could be helping. Ridiculous!

These guy are the best, they get so slammed and even then they rushed my script because my car broke down and I was stuck outside in the heat, they rushed it even though lunch break was in 5 min.

Worst Pharmacy I have ever been to. Waited 45 minutes with one person in line in front of me. Staff is incompetent and rude. Will be switching pharmacies

Good Customer service & getting your meds filled in a timely fashion are NO longer available at this pharmacy, they have been short staffed for a long time !!! When you call and they’re busy they literally pick up the phone & hang up, they close the drive thru window on days they are overwhelmed, all their staff’s freaking overwhelmed I guess it’s time to switch pharmacies, this use to be the best pharmacy
