I don't leave many reviews but my dealings with the folks at Richland Self Storage compelled me to write one. This business is one of the few left around that I know of that still have the down home good customer service feel. I became a customer last summer and have needed more than 1 unit, asked to see other units and more and they have been nothing but delighted to help me. They are very responsive to texts and calls (1st ring usually) and just seem to be responsive to customer needs. Great central location also and no problems with security of any kind. I have my own code and go in and out at my own leisure. Would recommend!

I just recently ended my lease after renting for six years. This is a very clean, well run business. The owner and manager is responsive to communications and is very honest. I was very pleased with the customer service and quality of the units. I ended my lease because I simply didn’t need the space anymore. I would highly recommend RSS to anyone looking for a secure storage unit!

Secure storage with very friendly and responsive owner opperators. We had two units for about 14 mo. We just moved the items out, and everything was in good condition. I highly recommend RSS.

Customer service lacked. Was told one thing before moving in and another after. Using my account instead of the fiance's so they dont target me to harass me. ..Avoid.

I used this location to store my car for about 4 years. The rate was very reasonable, It was video monitored and is fenced in. When I took my car, They noticed right away and confirmed that it was me. The office was very good at communicating and is very friendly. Thank you!

Wonderful people to work with, they most definitely work with their customers and seem to really care for each of their tenants needs and go above and beyond. This is my 2nd time renting from RSSS and I won’t rent a unit anywhere else.
