They are such a great pharmacy. I always receive such great customer service from them. They're NOT like those big brand pharmacies where you're just a faceless customer they can extract money from. I always feel welcome every time I call or step foot inside their store.

Anne and her team have been very attentive to my medication and prompt when I need a refill. I love the personal attention they give you as opposed to the big pharmacy feel you get when you go elsewhere.

This pharmacy gave me the run around. Wasted 3 hours of my time while I was sick and needing my medication. Then called and said that they couldn't fill the Rx because it was from an out of state doctor. They had the medicine in stock but refused to fill for me. I think they were discriminating against me.

Our entire family has been visiting Malley's for the last 10+ years. We are continually met with great customer care and attentive employees. We all have days when we're not feeling our best, or frustrated with the street construction, what have you.... however, they've always met us with a consistent smile and happiness to help. I've even called in a few times to ask a question regarding supplements or availability- and still, joyous tone over the phone and informative. They carry the best vitamin line in the Tri- Cities and I'm pleased to be able to write this review for the staff at Malley's!

We have used them for years and have been very happy with their service. I only wish that our insurance company without us use them for maintenance medications

I called Malley's to get a price on my compounded prescription, and the girl who answered the phone told me they do not give cash prices. I explained I recently moved to the area and am shopping around to find a pharmacy closer to me. My insurance does not cover compounded medications, so I am comparison shopping. She told me an average compounded prescription runs around $50, without even knowing the prescriptions I take, and that was the only information she would give me. This is the first pharmacy I have run into that is not up front about their pricing, and that is all I needed to know. The Riverside Pharmacy in Spokane is the choice I went with as they were up front about prices, were very reasonable, and ship for only $6.00. They won my business.

Raised the price of my compounded testosterone cream 35% in a year from $89 to $129! Same cream from Moses Lake Pharmacy is $77 with shipping and in 3 separate containers minimizing contamination and loss of strength over time! Spokane Compounding Pharmacy was also cheaper at $86 including shipping also! Malley's owns the pharmacy in the Corrado Building effectively giving them a monopoly in the Tri Cities. Thanks for gouging me Malleys....I won't be back!!! Tired of being taken advantage of by the Pharmaceutical industry. Unconscionable.....

Very disappointed. We stopped in to have a prescription filled, and the pharmacy technician, the person in the white jacket, didn't come over to ask if We understood what the solution was for, since it has never been used before by us.

Incredible customer care, extremely attentive and knowledgeable pharmacists. Customer care: the pharmacist say with me for about 15 minutes. She gave me clear instructions on how to use a new medication and she listened as I voiced my concerns. She was extremely helpful and never made me feel like she was in s hurry to get back to her work, even though the pharmacy was busy. Pharmacists: one of the pharmacists caught an error that my doctor had made regarding prescription dosage. Had she not caught it, I would have ended up giving my daughter double the amount that was actually required. I am so thankful for this attention to detail. Malley's offers a level of knowledge and customer service you just don't find at chain pharmacies. Support local business, you won't be disappointed.

Local community pharmacies are rapidly disappearing. Malley's is one that has survived and thrived. There is so much benefit to knowing your pharmacist and receiving personal attention. Malley's caught a prescription error my doctor made that could have severely injured me. This plus a lot of beneficial personal medication advice has really meant a lot to me. The people at Malley's are always friendly and truly happy to see me. A big box pharmacy could never give me the personal service and peace of mind I get from Malley's. Yes they don't have all the junk that other chain pharmacies have but I like that. If you value personal service, support small business. You won't go wrong with Malley's.

Great neighborhood Pharmacy that offers great customer service including delivery if needed. This is refreshing to have in the world of corporate chain drug stores. Highly recommended

The most awkward pharmacy I've ever been in...fad diet drugs that reminisce of Dr Oz nonsense mixed with trinkets/deocrations for sale. If your doctor calls in a prescription, you better follow up because they have no intention of filling it at that time, which means you will be waiting 15 minutes (if they aren't busy) in this place when you get there.
