Tim was great! Figured out my issue in minutes and was quick and the price was lower than expected.

The first time I had work on my car done, they allowed me to have my car towed and pay for the towing with the repair bill. I think these guys do all they can to help their customers out.

Tried to schedule an oil change online and it said they’d call me or send a confirmation email like their online system said. Don’t use the online scheduling!!!

These guys are the BEST! They are so accommodating and do everything they can to make your car repair nightmare so much better and so much more pleasant. All the employees are so helpful and they do the work in a reasonable amount of time for a fair price. I live in Richland and I would highly recommend them. After our last 2 car disasters they were right there to help us out and they are now our go-to-guys! Thanks.

We had a a quote on a broken left shock from LesScwabs for $500- Richlad Auto Care quoted us $330. Once they inspected it they told us there was nothing wrong with our shocks and removed a large rock the was making the clanking sound. Extremely honest! They could have made a lot more money and we wouldn't have known the difference but they didn't! They even gave us back the rock and no more clank!

I brought my 98 Chevy k1500 in to have Richland Autocare Center service my truck so it can be my daily driver. I had several things done, including power steering repair...$4,000 worth (and believe me, no discounts here). This was power steering, ac repair, and suspension attention. I had to bring my truck in 3 times because of issues with my power steering. The last "leak" wasn't actually a leak, but he forgot to clean the skid plate, so it appeared to be a leak (at least, that's what they say). He charged me $100 to check his own work, and cleaned up his own mess from a prior job. I felt like I was nickeled and dimed. Very greedy.

I was having radiator/overhearing problems in my 84 GMC p/u, so I checked Yelp out and read mostly good reviews and this place is by my gym. Gave them a shot. Nice customer service--nice lady up front. They told me I needed new a radiator, with an emailed estimate of other parts. Which was about $1,000! I'm a little tight on cash--had a second opinion from West Richland Auto Repair...and it turned out only being a "stuck" thermostat. They replaced it for under $100! GOOD thing I'm watching my tight pockets! There for a minute I was getting worried about how I'm going to afford next month's rent. This is was back in April. I gave two stars because it COULD legitimately need a new radiator, I'm no mechanic, but I've been driving my truck back and forth to Hermiston in mid90's weather and truck has had no more overheating issues.

They always get things done in a timely manner. And they always let you know what might need attention but not in a way that seems like they are just trying to make money. They have been taking care of my truck for about the past 7 years.

Sadie and Charlie (I think those were their names) were VERY helpful and were the first auto shop to find the actual problem with my vehicle after taking it to THREE different places. Thank you!!!
