Needed a pair of work boots to replace my old ones, the folks here are kind and very willing to explain what you’re purchasing, as well as willing to let you be very indecisive when purchasing to make sure you’re happy. I called in with a question about my boot, and they were happy to help with great attitudes. Let me tell you what, money can’t buy good attitudes but you get it free here at redwing.

The assistant was very helpful even though I wasn't in there the first time to purchase just to try on shoes. I ended up coming back the following day after trying on a few other shoes and purchasing the shoes I wanted after trying them on again and walking around a bit in the store. Overall I had a great experience and would definitely go back again.

The saleslady here is very knowledgeable and helpful. She did an excellent job educating my husband and I on what work boots would work best for him, and he finally got shoes that fit his feet properly.

The woman working there has helped me in the past. She is fantastic, even when super busy she holds herself together and doesn't get overwhelmed. However, being the only person there on Black Friday, the customer experience couldn't help but suffer. When one person (an amazing, very capable person) is tending to 6 to 8 customers by herself, individual attention is at a premium. Fortunately, I was picking up a second pair of boots and didn't need anything else. Not the employee's fault. It wasn't fair to have just one person on the biggest shopping day of the year.

Wonderful experience buying new boots at the Richland, WA location. The sales associates were super helpful and knowledgeable. Retail shopping is a huge stress for me, the store associates Maria and Kelly made it an easy and relaxed process. Highly recommend!
