Riding along the Columbia and Yakima rivers is an awesome experience and Troy at Pedro Tri Cities made it one of the smoothest and easiest tourist activities around. Reservations were easy, the bikes were in excellent shape, and Troy’s expertise made our first time e-bike outing a breeze. The shop even sits on the Columbia River Trail for easy access and no car traffic.

Absolutely loved it. We had so much fun yesterday that we have already booked again for Father’s Day with the grown kids in tow!!!

We rented 2 bikes. They came with everything we needed. The helmets bluetoothed together so we could talk while riding. Even if we were 30+ yards apart. The staff were very helpful and nice. The price was reasonable, at $45 for 2 hours. We had so much fun!

I can not say enough about Pedego Tri-Cities and its owner, Troy. My wife and I ordered 2 Platinum Boomerangs which upon receiving them had some motor/controller issues. Troy had been up front with us before ordering and said that he had recently had a few that had come in that way. When be bikes arrived, the motors seemed underpowered and would surge in torque mode. Troy worked with Pedego and its team to prove that there were some controller/motor issues on a certain line of Boomerangs coming from the factory. The man was in the parking lot running time studies on the performance of the various bikes! Pedego corrected the issue and sent us two new bikes. They are fantastic and we could not be happier. Pedego, at the company level, proved to us that they stand behind their quality bikes. At the local business level, Troy had our back through the whole process. He devoted many hours to our situation and communicated with us on a regular basis. It truly matters when a business cares that much AFTER the sale has been made. Troy, you are a man of integrity and we truly appreciate you!

We had a very pleasant experience visiting with the sales folks in the store prior to our ride. The pre-ride waiver agreement was an easy online affair. On the day we came for our 2 hour rental, the staff made sure we were matched to the proper bikes. Also, adequate time was spent to get us trained on using the bikes. The rental time was well spent and I and my wife can’t wait to to do some more riding.

Rented bikes for 3 hours and it was amazing.We round aound tricities in a loop for over 20 miles. We got back with 50% battery life and the bikes have plenty of power!!

We had an incredible experience with this company! The service went above and beyond making sure we were comfortable and that we had the right bikes. And they let us have the afternoon to relax and enjoy a nice ride around the tri-cities. Would absolutely come back here!! Such great service!!

If you're looking for something fun to do, this is it. E-biking along the Columbia River was fun and beautiful. Troy and Trey took great care making sure we had e-bikes that fit us well, helmets and routes to explore. The helmets were equipped for us to talk to each other during our ride. If three 60+ year olds can do it, you can too. Such wonderful fun!

We really wanted our son to ride with the family during our little Vaca but our son had an injury to his ankle so we didn't think it would be possible until the folks at Pedego in Tri-Cities made it possible. Thanks to their excellent service and fantastic e-bikes our whole family was able to to take a ride. They were very knowledgeable and beat all in customer service. The bike was perfect and lasted much longer than we all did. LOL

Great time with my daughter. We rented the bike for 2 hours. We are from out of town so riding the river trails was amazing. Best part are the Bluetooth helmets. We can talk to each other when riding. Service was great too!

The minute I walked in the door, I was greeted by Kelso the resident guard dog, a sweet golden retriever, Troy introduced himself we started talking, he makes you feel welcome and like family , I needed a smaller e-bike so he pointed out the Element and I took one for a test ride , excellent bike just the right size for us short people lol excellent quality bikes backed by a 5 year warranty and a local shop with great customer service.thanks, Troy for the opportunity to do business with you and Kelso!

Easy reservation process; friendly, informative owner. Easy access to trails around the river. Loved the blue tooth helmets and storage on the back of the bikes. Would definitely rent from here again!

Rented 3 bikes, with blue tooth helmets, so we could talk to each other. Went 25 miles along the Columbia River and had a great time. Troy was super nice and helped with instructions and demo on how the bikes operated. We would rent bikes from him again. Highly recommended. (Kelso the dog was also extremely friendly)Thank you!
