The company was running as slum lords. They were fired last week by a property owner for misused funds, not taking care of the properties as far as maintenance. *********** and lights have been shut off due to their incompetence and lack of management. **** and ***** had terrible customer service skills and were just rude.

This is by far the worst stage unit place I town. The management decides what they feel like charging for late fees and even thou it's in your agreement they still try to change the actual fee. The manager loves to threaten people and say they will foreclose on you if you dont pay even thou the law says they cant they still threaten. Worst management I have ever dealt with. Save your time and money go somewhere else. I wish I could give a 0. Again save yourself time and money and go elsewhere. By far the worst people I have ever dealt with
