Re: Loans: This local branch is awesome, but here's what you need to know regarding loans with Numerica. DO NOT APPLY FOR A LOAN ONLINE! If you want a nice, quick and easy experience, you MUST do everything through your local brach. If you apply online, it goes through remote loan employees who will make the process long, drawn out (weeks), and will make it as inconvenient as humanly possible for you, and for any potential private seller. For loans, just remember, LOCAL BRANCH ONLY!

I got a decent loan, but the loan officer slipped unnecessary expenses into my loan and getting Nancy to return a phone call to correct these things required calling a manager each time. I have left her multiple messages since and she just refuses to return my calls. I'm not sure if I would get another loan through them, I definitely wouldn't use the same loan officer.

Worked with Pablo for a heloc and brought all my tax documentation in and was told everything was moving smoothly and later found out that Pablo never got my paperwork to the underwriters. So I was informed that to move forward we would have to start all over. I would definitely not recommend anyone use Pablo at Numerica.

DO NOT BANK WITH THIS BANK!!!We have had accounts get hacked 2 times! This has never happened to us with any other bank. They are not helping us with the fraud investigation. We will be closing all of our accounts.USER BEWARE!!!

This is a horrible bank worst I have ever used! They kept shipping little charges though at first they were $3-$5 at places I went to all the time then they got bigger and I started to notice $50-$200 and I would come in and they would say I had to talk to the business that was charging me so I did they had no record of any such transaction so I went back to numerica loaded for bear got print out for all 4 of my accounts over $3500 they took out on bogus charges then charged me overdraft fees on top of it! And I wasn't the only one they have done this to. Stay far far away from this place!!

Stood in line for 21 minutes. Upon going to the counter I was told I couldn’t open a checking account because they didn’t have time. Horrible customer service.
