They are making sure copies of the current policy got to the personal address while invoices still addressed to the accountant at a separate address, help past problems with receiving policy. Staff are absolutely amazing, great customer service whenever a question or problem arises. All policies auto home and watercraft got in one convenient place, and the price is good. Customer love the help and they are receiving.

Vey helpful in making sure I got copies of our policy at my personal address while invoices were still addressed to our accountant at a separate address. There had been a problem in the past with not receiving copies of the current policy.
