Salespeople are knowledgeable of the product lines and locations, and personal service and attention outshine the rest. Pricing is quite good, much better than expected. Many have found their perfect living room furniture, with sofas described as firm and super soft, offering comfort and quality. The ability to choose fabrics is a highlight, especially for custom orders. Staff members are helpful, professional, patient, and supportive, making for a great shopping experience.
I worked with Steven and placed an order for a custom Radley section sofa. The ability to choose fabrics is the best part. I read online that the Radley line is good. Anything better would be a lovesense, room and board, and crate and barrel. But those are at least 3k.
