Brought car here after unfortunate incident during snowstorm. They said it would take at least a week to get parts as they had to come over the pass. As the car was unsafe to drive they stated it was okay to leave it there. 3 days later they called to say car was ready. Payment was made immediately, but I told them it would take some time before I was able to pick up the car as I was out of town for work. At pick- up, the car had a huge dent in the fender. They refused to take responsibility for it or to review video tape of the parking lot. Extremely frustrated that the car left with more expensive damage than it was brought to them with. Also still some droning sound still coming from right front side of vehicle.

Absolute GARBAGE service! I was early for my 8AM appointment and after sitting in the lobby for an hour and a half, I spoke to someone who informed me that they were under the impression that they were waiting for tires to come in on the truck when I set my appointment when I picked up the tires days prior. I had also informed them when I came in this morning that the tires and wheels were both in the back of my truck and I just needed the old tires taken off and new ones put on. I was told that as soon as a bay opened up, my truck would be pulled in. I have watched 3 bays open up since then, and they have been immediately filled with other vehicles. Later appointments being filled before mine when I was here EARLY. After just about two hours now they still haven’t gotten me in. Never coming here again. Guaranteed.

I've had great service with Les Schwab, Took my car to another location( commercial tire) the guys they had in they didn't know how to do a alignment on my car ( Acura ) Thank you Les Schwab.

Was a good place to get tires brakes and stuff done,nice help they won't open till right on the dot even with customers standing outside in the cold,other than that good place for some automotive needs.

I went to Les Schwab to check the leak in my car's back tyre. I loved their service!! It didn't take long at all and they found a nail on the tyre which they fixed free of cost. I would definitely suggest this place!

I was out of town and my wheel lug key broke for my rig. I was rotating my tires, on my last tire and the key broke. They had the key, better than the one I had charged me less than the original one cost me 4 years ago. Thanks for saving the day guys.

Have always had a pleasant experience here. I have been going here for 45+ years. Today we bought a new set of tires for my SUV, had them sized and got a set of chains for an upcoming trip.
