The staff, including doctors and nursing assistants, is consistently described as amazing, professional, compassionate, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and considerate. They take time to thoroughly explain diagnoses and address all concerns. The clinic treats coughs, colds, COVID-19, strains, sprains, rashes, earaches, and UTIs, and provides screenings, tests, and vaccines. The facility itself is noted to be clean but quite small, with some concern over air circulation in the confined space. Many patients highly recommend it and plan to return.
I’m always very impressed with this Urgent Care. The check in is easy. The staff show compassion and patience with my mom who has dementia. Great medical facility.
