My 1st haircut at this place was by accident. The place that usually does it wouldn’t do it because they needed to close 2 hours early. I lucked out and found this place. They do a great job and are very cool.

Ashley was more than aggressive with my hair. My scalp hurts today from how bad she was what felt like ripping my hair out from my head. My hair looks terrible, asked for blended layers and they are butchy and chopped. Pretty bad when a stylist says at the end of your cut, oh your hair is curly? ??♀️

Never again! Lady told me I should get layers and made me look like a damn poodle with how overly short she made my hair. I feel like I need to wear a damn bag over my head! What a waste of time and money!

I took my grandson in to get a haircut , hes very sensitive to sounds and touch. The lady that cut his hair was so great, very patient and caring. Took time to explain to him what she was doing let him feel the vibration of the clippers so he would know what to expect and not be scared or startled. He had a good experience. Thank you.

Siria took her time and used several methods of cutting including trimmers, scissors and a razor. I came out looking like a snack and the price is unbeatable!

Awful customer service. The moment we walked in we were greeted with contempt for not checking in on line. The haircut itself was decent but definitely not good enough to outweigh the awful customer service. The gal we dealt with was incredibly short with us, incredibly rude tone and treated us like nothing more than an annoyance interrupting her day. She needs intense training on her customer service. Seemed like the other gals that were working had great and pleasant attitudes. We were just unfortunate to get the one who was either having a bad fault or just doesn't enjoy her job.Edit: after taking a shower and looking over my haircut I can no longer even say the is decent. Left my neck fuzzy, sub-par blend, no line up and overall just a shotty hack job that was rushed and done in barely 10 minutes. If you are looking for quick, cheap(ish) and have a fetish for being treated like scum then this is the place to he I guess.

I asked for the undercut to be BELOW my part, but yet when my glasses went back on she had shaved ABOVE my part. Thank you for the terrible haircut

They never take enough time with the shaver and always leave long hairs that I have to cut after im home.

Fast hair cut for the whole family. We like the online booking system a lot. The hair dressers are always changing so the haircut could be hit or miss. But that’s part of the price to pay for convenience I guess.
