Very clean and the food is very tasty. Great salads and the sandwiches have all been great. This is my new favorite place to eat. The prices are very affordable and the staff is friendly and efficient.Parking: It shares a parking lot with an apartment complex.

I have only ever had the salads here but they look like they have some yummy sandwich options. The salads come with lots of different toppings. I like the cob with extra chicken no turkey and no tomatoes. The salad and ingredients are fresh. They are big enough for at least two meals for me. The meats are deli style which is not my favorite for a salad. Quick and easy pick up. Decent price for their grilled cheese kid meals and comes with a large sandwich chips and drink.

The place was nice and clean, the service was great. The only thing I was a little disappointed in was how little of turkey was on my panini, I got the turkey with cheese and bacon. The sandwich was good but could use more meat. I had more cheese than meat.

Love this place especially since this town seems to want to mainline fast food chains. Can i get a side of heat attack with that Mc cheeseburger, but seriously they have a unquish menu , vegan friendly If I recall, not my top priority though, and friendly staff. This one is definitely in my rotation..

DID NOT DISAPPOINT! First time here: I was so excited to try their panini's.. let's just say, this place is my new crave whenever I go to Richland, I'll be sure to stop here. I ordered the Turkey Bacon Panini, and my brother ordered the Jack Sandwich, he said his had a nice amount of spice, and he liked it allot. Mine was amazing, he tried it and still said his Jack Sandwich tasted better?.. I disagree, but both Sandwichs were very good and so so fresh! We came here on a Monday, around 11:30, it was not that busy, and there were plenty of places to dine in and sit at. Overall it was very clean inside, and the staff was nice, no complaints there. I didn't order the salad in the photo, that is what my friend had ordered, I didn't ask her what she thought about it, but she said she always gets it here, so of course that means she likes it. The panini was so crunchy on the outside, yet the bacon was so packed with flavor, and the turkey was subtle but definitely brought a fresher taste to the sandwich, and I really like that they salt the bread. I will be back, this place is great, recommended to all!

LOVE LOVE LOVE the sandwiches here! The staff is very friendly and they have a large selection of sandwiches and salads at a reasonable price. I'd definitely recommend getting a sandwich at Graze instead of getting one at a big chain fast food restaurant. They pack their sandwich with all sorts of yummy goodness.

The best sandwich place in Tri-Cities! I don't know what they do to their veggies, but I swear they taste better than any other veggies. My go-to fav is the veggie torta.Vegetarian options: You can substitute tofu for the same price on any sandwich! And if you're gluten free, you can ask for any sandwich to be a salad.

Okay so the very first time I went to Graze I got a sandwich and it was amazing it really was it was great. Today mother's Day I took my mom there we order to go. The staff was professional polite it was pretty darn busy being mother's Day and all. We got back to my mom's house she pulled her sandwich out the Panini chicken and it was not good The sandwich itself was burnt where there should have just been browned grill marks it was burt looked like they had put the sandwich together on top of a dirty table because there was big chunks of salt stuck in the bread all over it and it was really greasy. You can see the salt in my pic. Mom wouldn't even eat it. I was so disappointed as it's mother's Day and all and I wanted to take her somewhere that she'd never been and I thought you know first time I went there like I said it was great but it was a cold sandwich not something cooked. The sandwich I ordered was a pulled pork torta it was good but not exceptional. I joked with my mom when I ordered it I normally buy these at taco trucks it feels weird not buying it from a taco truck. I would have been better off getting one from the taco truck. I also got a half salad it was way bigger than expected and very good. The store itself was mostly clean it was really good considering how busy they were. We did also have to park quite far away because the parking lot was totally full. Over all sad face I really was hoping to impress mom. Spent $34.51
