Terrible customer service! This place shows absolutely ZERO urgency to do their job and get your car fixed! I took my car in for a very minor fender bender, honestly, I probably could have gone without taking it in to get fixed at all, which at this point, I wish I wouldn't have!! They have had my car for over 2 weeks now, they never call me to give an update, I always have to call and the estimated date of completion just keeps on getting pushed out farther and farther. Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE!! I will most certainly NEVER be taking any of my cars here again!

My daughter was in a fender bender, she is a student and lives in Seattle. I spoke with Lilly and she went above and beyond to get me in for an estimate and repairs relatively quick (within a week), unfortunately the vehicle ended it up being totaled , She showed me all the hidden damage underneath the bumper and hood, I bought this vehicle 3 years ago for my daughter and I guess the vehicle had been wrecked (totaled before ) , the car was built with different parts , not even the same make of my car, this car even had frame damage (unsure if it’s new or from before) . Lilly was so kind and profesional in every step , when talking to my husband, my daughter and myself. She responded even after hours and gave us a lot of support on this whole process. it’s a relief to be able to find people you trust, they will have my business from now on. I would recommend them to everyone.

If you are looking for help with your vehicle, look somewhere else. Everyone you communicate with at this location will make you feel like you shouldn’t be there. I think the front desk lady is there against her will, and it seems as if every person you talk to there sees your repairs as an inconvenience. You will be treated like you’re stupid, especially if you’re a woman. After completing my estimate and confirming our intention for them to fulfill our repairs, we waited for over a month to hear back. We assumed that they were ordering parts, or, if we’re giving them the benefit of the doubt, they made a human mistake and forgot to follow up with us. Nope. As it turns out, they did not communicate with insurance, did not order parts, and still apparently had issues with our claim. We only found this information because WE reached out to THEM. Another couple weeks down the line after WE called back to schedule an appointment for us to drop off the vehicle, after we arranged for a rental car, and I made plans with my work to find transportation, I showed up to drop off the car and suddenly they STILL have questions regarding my claim, and weren’t ready to move forward with repairs. Almost 2 months after initiating repairs, we finally decided it wasn’t even worth sticking with Gerber. If Gerber doesn’t want to be in business, they shouldn’t be. They’re wasting everyone’s time including their own.

I called a couple weeks ago to set up an appointment for an estimate since I was in an accident. Over the phone the lady (unfortunately I don’t remember who I talked to) took down my vehicle information. 1986 Toyota pickup. Today (5/24) I take time off work, and so does my dad to go to this appointment. I fill out the paperwork just to be told “vehicle is too old, we can’t do anything for you”. Why was I not told this over the phone? Both my dad and I wasted time out of our day to come down here. Definitely an awful experience.

I called Gerber to get a quote on a rock chip repair on my windshield and the lady I spoke to was very rude. When I gave her my home zip code she preceded to tell me that they do not service that area as I live out of town but I tried to explain to her that I work in Richland but she refused to listen to me. She kept cutting me off as I was trying to explain and it became very frustrating. Where I work I answer the phones constantly with people on the other end having different emotions every time but I would never talk to someone the way she talked to me. I am very disappointed.

Most un professional place I’ve dealt with. This place is a joke. My vehicle has been there over 5 months and they keep pushing my completion date. The lady at the front desk is rude and unprofessional. Last time I was in there she was in her pajamas wrapped up in a blanket at the desk. Hoping maybe with this review they will take some accountability and actually finish my vehicle.

I had a complicated insurance claim with damage to the undercarriage to my car. Lilly Vargas make the process as smooth as possible to have my car repaired with a local mechanic and took care of the insurance claim. I would use Gerber Collision again.

Gerber did a great job repairingy vehicle. Lilly was Great from the start with the insurance quote. Parts and labor requirements all through the repair until the end.Lilly keep me updated almost daily all thru the repair untily my vehicle was completed. I am so impressed with the customer service at Gerber! I didn’t know what to expect and I chose them because it seemed like they would be able to get it done much more quickly than the other shops I visited. They were able to accommodate getting my car days earlier than scheduled since we were going to be out of town. They started working on the car earlier than expected. They ordered parts early and everything seemed to arrive very quickly. They had awesome communication and assigned us a representative, Lilly, who sent me regular text messages with updates and photos. She was fantastic to work with! They had a team meeting which resulted in them making some changes to get our car finished even earlier. They had to work with the Honda dealer because some repairs could only be done there and that all worked smoothly. I have never had to bring in a car for repairs after an accident, but I cannot image there is a place that could have done a better job. I highly recommend Gerber Collision in Richland.Services: Painting

My experience is still going on, they assign estimators that go on vacationThey start vehicles and let them sit.How about have him finish his estimates before he goes on vacationZero accountability when it doesn’t affect them personally.
