Great business with prompt, professional, friendly and courteous service. I had incorrectly installed a replacement trigger on my Ruger 1022 rifle. The gunsmith fixed it on the spot and took the time to explain the repair process. Thank you!

I had a small issue with a sight screw that only a gunsmith would be able to help me with. Very congenital, competent, and reasonable. Good to know that he is there.

My grandfather’s 22 mag rifle was in serious need of some trigger work. I could not be more pleased with the quality craftsmanship and customer service. This rifle has been in my family since 1961 and I will be pass it on to all future generations of my family. Thank you Fredrics Arms & Smiths for taking such good care of grandpas rifles

Called & set up an appointment, he said that he'd wait for me to get there. When I arrived the shop was closed, despite it still being during his posted business hours. Calls & emails have gone unanswered. Would not recommend.

Had this so called gun Smith drill and tap my daughters 20 gauge for a base for a red dot. Picked it up and the first shot I took the base and red dot flew off hitting me in the bill of my hat.Took it back to him the next day and he claimed all he could do was put plugs in.Next day I picked it up with the plugs installed and said, you do plan on refunding my $ right? He chuckled and said, Nope! Long story short he claimed it wasn't his fault....... He won't behind his work. He also shot a 308 into the neighboring shop.and into the bn

If you need a BB gun or single shot .410 fixed then he may be alright but if you actually know firearms or need a real Riflesmith. Go elsewhere……

Very knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely knows his trade. I cannot recommend enough. I just mentioned my sights maybe off, and he had it fixed almost right now. Greatly appreciated.

I went to Fredric's today with an inherited M1 Carbine which I thoughtdid not work. The gentleman who runs the shop took it back and did a quick check. I had some rounds that came with the rifle when I inherited it and he took one round, gave me ear coverings, took the rifle over to the firing tube and it worked perfectly. Top marks to the owner of the shop for his courtesy and for what he taught me about the rifle. I had also received a 700 dollar offer for it in Wenatchee and learned today that that offer was extremely low ball. Thanks again to Fredric's gunsmith.

I have always been very happy with their work and friendliness. that said, if you are not used to working with ANY gunsmiths, learn to be patient and let them work at their own pace. if you think you will go in monday and have it done Tuesday, you are better off buying a new gun. Its that simple.

Maybe fine for very basic gunsmithing. Look elsewhere if you want any serious gunsmithing done. Felt like he'd rather not have me in there. Gave him benefit of the doubt and tried him again. Bad experience.... will not go there again.

An owner who is extremely knowledgeable in the field and who will work with you to accomplish a goal. I highly recommend sending your firearms and smithing needs their way. I just picked up a rifle I bought (FFL transfer) and had my M1 Garand serviced. The experience was such that I find myself ruminating of what else I can get worked on because I enjoyed working with them.
