Ennis Furniture and their staff offer the kind of service we would all like to have no matter what we are purchasing. There is a personal touch that makes the shopping experience fun. Katherine Moore and David Ennis both went the extra mile in every step of the process during my Stickley purchase. Katherine is patient and works hard to ensure that every option for discounts, fabric/leather colors, wood finishes, etc., are presented to you so a thoughtful decision can be made about furniture you will be proud to own.

Always a pleasure to go into Ennis; the sales reps are friendly and helpful and there are so many good quality furnishings to look through. They make accommodations to help with your purchases! First place I go to since I moved here decades ago!

Phaedra has been awesome. She helped walk us through the pricing and options for the bookshelves we purchased. She was very personable and easy to talk to. We will definitely go back when we need more furniture!

We had a great experience shopping for furniture at Ennis. Genia was amazing. She showed us everything that fit the description of what we wanted. She gave us time to look again and again and showed us the color swatches and was patient as we decided what color to get. There was no pressure to “buy today and you’ll get…” which was really nice to not feel pressured. I’m looking forward to getting our furniture as I know Ennis has a reputation for quality furniture which is why we went there.

Even though we didn't purchase anything, I wanted to leave this review because we went to many furniture stores, but the customer service here was fabulous!!! They didn't have the mattress we were looking for and we hadn't decided on a living room set yet , but just wanted people to know the experience here was great! Drew was the salesman's name! The options to customize is what makes this store different from others!

poor customer relations, I ordered a dining room set after hours of choosing fabric, pedestal , chairs etc..quoted 4to 6 wk. delivery..sold my dining room set , and waited ..now six months later... very little communication.. very unhappy outcome .. no dining room set ..

I bought a lift chair which I had been contemplating for a long time.Donna was very helpful in showing me possible chairs.I have not yet received my choice but based on previous purchases, I am sure it will be great.
