On June 10, 2023 went into buy a few things. Picked up a bottle of Kamora Coffee Liqueur that was listed for $9.95. Didn't pay much attention when I checked out but Walmart charged me $17.48 for the bottle plus taxes. So went back on 6/14, 1.30 pm, took a picture of the price at the rack and took it to customer service. The gal told me that once you have payed for it They can't refund your money. Some Washington state liquor law. I said you have got to F*&^ing kidding me. Then she dropped the F-bomb on me. So I will not be doing any shopping at Wally World for years to come. I usually spend a couple thounds dollars there yearly but no more. I hope your $7.53 is worth all the profits you will no longer get from me. As they say down south "Bless your heart Walmart" which translates to "Sorry your stupid Walmart". So people check your booze prices when you check out at Wally World they will rip you off.

Great Walmart ! Clean, always has a lot of self check lanes available! One of the best Walmarts I've been to when I comes to speedy check out. Just need to remind employees shopping for the lazy pick up people to not over crowd the lanes with big carts. Not just this Walmart but all store struggle with this.

I'm defense of Walmart... Let's make one thing abundantly clear: If you go to any Walmart store in the entirety of the United States and expect premiere customer service, let alone the bare minimum, that is a YOU problem. Lower your expectations instead of wasting your time writing an opinion piece about how you happened to not like the cut of a random cashiers jib. It is a Walmart and I think everyone with any sort of mental capacity could understand what exactly that means. No one, not even Walmart at a corporate level gives a damn about what you like or don't like. Walmart will not suffer if you stop shopping there, little-miss-keyboard-warrior. You are not the glue keeping Walmarts from shutting down across the nation. With this being said, I believe there are certain establishments where you absolutely should expect good customer service. Walmart is not one of them and I really wish individuals could use discretion when deciding where to allocate time and thought; more specifically anger. Again, Walmart is not one of these places. Requesting to speak to a manager will not make the associate you asked quake in fear. Managers usually will not even attempt fulfill your every beck and call because they are tired and do not care about your insignificant opinion or problem because it probably pales in comparison to the laundry list of issues they were already dealing with before you decided to open your mouth. Thank you for your time.

I get off work later in the evening, I also commute every weekend so upon my hour long journey home I like to go in and get whatever odds and ends I may need. I usually have about an hour before this place closes and usually end up leaving right as they close. The employees are helpful if need be and the nice lady by the door at night is always very polite ....Fast forward to last weekend, I was trying to find a belt for an outfit for my work's Christmas party and they had made the final closing announcement. Mind you I am very aware of the time as they announce every ten or fifteen minutes that the store is closing. I also know how to read signs and was very aware I had about 2 minutes to find my belt amongst the hot mess of the belt section. As I was fighting to grab my size which was under about 25 other belts, a round disheveled looking little man in a blue Walmart apron/vest thing came up to me and rudely stated " ma'am, the registers are closing in 2 minutes!" All loud, didn't ask if I needed help nothing just rude. I calmly said thank you I know what time it is , gave up and ended up not getting my belt because at that point I felt a panic attack coming so I just left. So if you want to be harassed and constantly be told what time it is and what time the store is closing then this place is for you.

Rude staff, very impolite. I was misgendered twice by one of the older staff, who, which when corrected, ignored me. I'm a Cis gendered woman, it's not hard to see that I'm a woman.

Walmart prices especially produce have gone through the roof. It is much higher than Winco and even the produce at Yokes. I would much rather buy my groceries from Yokes when it is much better quality.

I guess we will see where this review goes once I get ahold of someone in customer service to inform them that my new Samsung Z-Flip and apple watch were turned in for cash at this location on December the 24th @ 6:32 Am.Integrity check... The phone is still attached to my T-mobile account and the watch was a Christmas gift for my daughter brand brand new. These items were stolen from me at the Topinish Inn, Topinish WA. by a Tasha Ranee Rasco.I'll be back with a rating later but I'm running this one all the way down so I may have to run a sequence of ratings on this one.Check back and keep an eye on your stuff some people think being dirty is a Job.

Decided this morning (Sunday 10/16/21) to buy our groceries at Walmart since we also needed a mini food processor (which they show one on the shelves at $39.99 up to $99.99, of course they didn't have the lesser priced ones the lowest they had was $79.99) so we didn't want to have to go anywhere else we chose it and proceeded to get our weekly groceries; and here is what I observed (we usually shop at Winco, Albertsons or Safeway) there was very little selection in produce and on the shelves! No hominy? We live in a heavily Hispanic area. We got our groceries and proceeded to check out, they want you to self check but we prefer to help keep employees employed & were lucky there was an open lane. We brought our own bags since Washington is a charge for bags State. We handed them to our checker and she asked if we wanted to bag them: A) Yes we would rather bag ourself but anyone who has been to Walmart knows there is no where to bag, at the end of the conveyer is the turnstile for the bags they sell so unless you bring 2 carts up, your full one and an empty one for the checker to put your groceries in there is no place to bag. B) Ok, yes you please bag: she is not trained to use register and needs help from another associate behind her who is also checking out a customer and has no time to help her then she is throwing, meat, veggies an cleaners together in the bags, after we have everything on the conveyer, I look at her, pull our cart around and say "I'll bag them just put them in here's" C) At this point she is to our fruit & produce and she starts just dropping/throwing them in the cart as I try to intercept them and bag them. At this point my frustration level is HIGH! D) Now I look at my husband and tell him you finish up & Ill meet you at the car, off to Customer Service I go & ask for the cashier Manager. A young man appears and asks what I want. I explain he is in charge of cashiers and it would be his responsibility to train his cashiers before putting them out to check. He doesn't particularly care so I proceed to tell him what our experience was, that we would not EVER return to that store and he had lost a customer who had just spent $233 + dollars that shops weekly for approximately that amount. E) His only response was "Have a good day" My day was good except for the subpar service & concern I was given by the Walmart corporation! My advice, Go anywhere but Walmart & especially Walmart at Queensgate. At least at Winco shelves are full, prices are less, variety & quality is better and you know things will be handled and packed correctly because you do it and you have a space dedicated for you to do it!

In store shopping is fine. Delivery/pick up is a disaster! So far I have had a grocery delivery that never came - with zero explanation as to why (after a 30min hold time to talk to someone in the department), and 2 pick-up orders where I waited in the spot at least 40 min past the scheduled time (my email saying the order was ready) only to have to abandon my order because I could no longer wait. I tried to call the number on the pickup parking sign to tell them I have to leave and no one answered and the voicemail was full. Got charged as if I picked up the order and have to hassle to dispute that. Never using these services again. Zero problems with delivery or pick up from other stores such as Fred Meyer or Yokes or Target.

Worked here for about 2 weeks and management has the worst ethical behaviour I have ever encountered. Leadership has an abusive power dynamic that they use on their employees, via intimidation and b******* pep talks which are their way to go to try motivating their workers...Worst place to work for, if I could compare this toxic atmosphere to something, and it pains me to compare it to this, but that will be straight up being a slave. Quit while you can, cheers.

They are not enforcing their policy of people wearing masks and social distancing! I've seen one too many Karen's out here with NO MASK on. Stop risking your employees and customers safety.

This kiosk's estimate's are junk! I practically fell to the ground with disappointment on how low of an offer I recieved for such a good device that's less than six months old. They take the old saying to ridiculous heights in that, "you pay for convenience" Wow

Don't wast your time shopping here. They do not keep the shelves stocked ... the employees there are rude, inconsiderate and you the costumer has to GIVE THEM THE RIGHT OF WAY. The store is always a mess...

Dropped by Walmart to grab a small home office printer, as mine quit mid report. Found they had none in stock that used my current size of ink, which I had just bought yesterday.... Decided to just upgrade to a substantially more expensive model. As it was Friday early evening the store was busy and we used the self check out. Of course we ended up needing assistance as there were 4 different bar codes on the printer... Help was quick to arrive and we were on our way. NOPE! Approaching the door we were stopped by a female employee who asked if we had a receipt. I said "Yes, we do." and attempted to continue on my way. Employee moves in front of our cart, blocking us from leaving and demands to see it. My partner asks if there is a problem and we are again told to produce receipt. We ask why we would need to do that as we were literally steps from the register we just checked out at. She replied that we would need it for a return. I explained I was unconcerned with that outcome. She states she must see the receipt. We show her the receipt and do a prompt U Turn to customer service and return the printer, ink and few other items we had picked up. Got refunded cash at customer service, required a manager signature. Spoke to manager regarding this experience, she was unconcerned. Took the cash and went across the street to Target! Found even better printer AND it uses the same size ink I already have on hand! So saved $$$ This experience has cured mine and my partner's WalMart addiction, COLD TURKEY! Heads up Walmart, customer service DOES NOT mean self service, being barricaded and detained and treated like a criminal. We will be placing our grocery orders with Yokes and using Target for other items. Compare the reviews! It's shocking.
