I have been to a few pharmacies around town and Doctors Pharmacy is the best. The staff is so friendly and helpful and I really appreciate being able to talk to a real person on the phone every time!

Their expertise and efforts consistently make the prescription process easy and stress-free. Alan always gets things done and is an amazing advocate. The staff at Doctors Pharmacy are always so helpful and kind. They were able to help me with a prescription coupon that another pharmacy didn’t know how to use. And they deliver! I would highly recommend them.

They are wonderful, keeping track of when I need a renewal (automatically doing a 90 day supply), and doing home delivery. The last delivery person, Heather, was one of the few delivery people who read the sign on our door saying where to leave the delivery and also called in advance to make sure someone was here. Good job Heather!

*Edit*I came in to pick up my Tramadol, a scheduledmedication as well as my husband’s antibiotics (he was just discharged from the hospital today). The pharmacist told me:“ I can’t fill your Tramadol because I don’t have any here. It’s hard for me because the state, come and audit, and if I have all those scheduled medications I will get in trouble. I don’t think I'm going to have them here anymore. I can’t have them here it’s too much”He went on to say he was sorry but, it wasn't worth getting in trouble, and that’s why the Lynx pain clinic is closing. I then explained the CDC guidelines and the interpretative guidelines that have been greatly misinterpreted in both directions by doctors. He then advised me to call other pharmacies.I asked would Wallgreens be good- he then explained:“All the Wallgreens on the East Coast are closing and soon, no pharmacy will have your medication. No one is willing to get in trouble, people are losing their licenses!”As if my need for Tramadol was to blame for the opioid crisis! At that point I just took the prescriptions they did have, I asked the tech if the antibiotics from Kadlec Hospital were in the bag, and he said “Yes, they are in there”. I paid and left.We went home to find two other prescriptions for my husband for antibiotics that I specifically asked about weren't there and instead, the pharmacists had filled orders that weren't due or requested. But forgot the important Antibiotic. My husband has Pneumonia. So is it part of your Mission Statement to make sure the patient suffers physical pain and mental anguish as a customer of your chain Pharmacy?I’m sickened by the selfishness and apathy I was shown. The pharmacist told me he was not ordering scheduled medications anymore. Were you going to notify all those patients you take money from before their orders expire?I have tried to notify Doctor’s Pharmacy’s CEOs, Vijay Reddy and Ashraf Afzal about the encounter, but their emails are not legitimate on their website.*CEO email returned as *delivery failure address not found * it was copied and pasted from the webpage. The employee was not new, he’s definitely been employed for more than a few months as we’ve seen him there. And he wasn’t the issue. The pharmacist was the issue. They did deliver his antibiotic that day after 5pm resulting in a missed dose of antibiotics.Deflection and blaming me shows where your motivation and integrity truly is.

SO...Doctor's Pharmacy is amazing. No lie. Freaking amazing. Wonderful staff, fast service, free delivery, free fricken coffee/tea/water bar, and empathy. It really is a breath of fresh air. Not to knock the big chains, but I don't know anybody that enjoys standing in line for 20 minutes (like in the Big Two that are both owned by the same company), only to have the medication read very loudly for all those other people in the queue to hear-by an individual who is over worked, despises their job and has a hint of annoyed judgement in their tone. That never, ever happens at Doctor's. In fact, it feels like walking into the bar on Cheers. Everybody is happy to be there, and happy that you're there, but instead of serving beer and other libations, they are selling you stuff so you won't die. It's really a win win for everybody. Not only are they wildly competent, and empathetic, JOYFUL, but they are wicked with working on prior authorization nonsense. They take care of all that. Also, they have this wicked cool box of a months worth of your daily medication that is rolled up into a coil that dispenses all the daily meds in a single pack with the correct date stamped on it. No more counting the little fellas and doing the, "OK, I have 2 pinks, one magenta, a yellow, and a seafoam green (yes that is a color)."Switch to Doctor's Pharmacy, and you won't regret it. If I am wrong, I will let you have a seafoam green.*no I won't...that's illegal.

I have updated to a 4 star, only because the customer service has been great since this incident, however I read the response by the owner and I stand behind my first review, when I spoke with the Dr's office, they told they in fact did not add extra time to my refill. So it became a matter of a he said/ she said. I was upset because it was in fact time for my refill, and I was at home with the flu for the 2nd. Time as well as my chronic asthma, albeuteral and my inhaler where not enough and over use of them raises my heart rate. To the staff at Dr's pharmacy, I appreciate you all and thank you for doing the, best you can to improve since this incident, I do highly recommend them.I hope to one day change this to a 5 star, because my first experience was great, however today, I felt belittled and un respected, was told I'd get a call by 1 today, i did not, spoke with someone at 2:30 after driving there and finding it closed, was told to go back, so i did, only to be called back and told that I'd have to wait till Monday, so had i essentially drove there twice for nothing, was told my Dr's office said that I had to wait 2 extra days more than prescription states, but when I called my Dr's office they said otherwise, the owner of Doctors pharmacy called me, so that alone tells me they care about their business however nothing was resolved immediately and still have to wait, I am now on my way back to the hospital because I have asthma and influenza, I believe in 2nd chances and hope to one day bump this up to up to a 5 star. Please don't let me down again, I like your staff and your reviews all show me you're more than capable of being my one stop pharmacy for all 6 of my monthly meds, not just this 1.

Couldn’t be happier with my decision to switch to Doctors Pharmacy. My prescriptions are ready when I need them without having long wait times between refills. Savannah was very helpful in helping transfer my stuff over and making it a fast and easy experience. Would absolutely recommend!

I just transferred to Doctor's Pharmacy and can't be any happier with the service. No long hold time, no long lines, fast FREE delivery. And I don't mean mail delivery, I mean a real live employee drives to your home and hands you your medicine! Staff is so pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend this pharmacy and I'm glad my doctor told me about it.
