This is a great place to rent knee scooters for people who are injured. The staff was very accommodating and set us up with a great knee scooter for a very reasonable price very quickly. I will come back here and get another one if I need to in the future.

They were willing to help out, for a potential rental, in a way that is unexpected in this day and age. Seriously, it was a throwback to real customer service like you would have gotten in Mayberry.

I have a mobility scooter that I run pretty hard...every now and then, I have to stop by Densow's for maintenance work; after awhile, my scooter makes an annoying clicking sound and I know these people will investigate and then fix the problem! I saw Rick this last time, and he got my scooter up and running quietly...a blessing, as the racket it was making drove me mad! Rick is an all around good guy, with an exquisite sense of humor! I came in distressed --- but left smiling --- the man knows his business! Kudos to Rick and crew!!

Absolutely fantastic service. The ordering process, delivery, and setup were all seamless. Rick was a joy to work with, and both Rick, and Curtis did a perfect job of setting up the bed, and showing us the ins and outs of the full operation. Highly recommend this great company. Thanks guys!

They say what they do, and do what they say. Densow’s is knowledgeable well priced, local, and Kadie the manager is willing to solve problems as they happen. They have met and exceeded my expectations and now my husband has a very fancy wheelchair ramp. Kadie you and your staff are awesome! Thank you!

My husband got a new lift chair Rick brought it to our home and set it up then went over the chairs benefits.kaddie got our order pulled together and both went above and above. Great choice for your medical supply needs.

It took them 6 MONTHS to finally get my electric wheelchair in. Believe me, I heard EVERY excuse from all of them. Lost me as a customer for life! Go to another medical supply chain if you need anything important because they truly do not care.

Rick and the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. They have helped get several medical supplies and a scooter for my father. Their service after the sale is the best.
