Working with David was fantastic experience. He was always available whenever we had a question and always clarified our doubts. He never postponed any task and kept things moving without any delay. While closing the purchase there was a slight increase in the borrowed amount than what was showed to us in the beginning which David instantly credited to us. Forward Financial Group, and David Mordue are the best thing that happened to me and my family!Since the moment we started our home buying process with David, we knew we were in the good hands. He started our application, and then put us in contact with a great real estate agent, and they both had a long conversation with us to get to know us more, understand what we wanted, and seek the best home for us.David fought diligently for our appraisal to come on time and it ended up coming back in 6 days . I did not need to worry about anything other than fill out paperwork and sign at the escrow company. They supplied all the forms, they explained what I was signing, and everything was easily done through my email and phone.I will definitely recommend David and his team to any military member seeking to buy a home, with someone you can trust and who cares about you after the transaction!

David and the rest of his team were awesome! They made the process of securing our first home loan easy and stress free. We utilized our VA benefits and he was extremely knowledgeable about VA loans and the entire process. They were great at communicating what was needed from us, and promptly addressed any questions or concerns we had. The rate they provided was ½% lower than what our bank was offering. I would highly recommend them as your mortgage brokers!

After shopping around at a couple banks, David offered a rate that was much lower than 1st Security Bank and was the only one that could tell me what documents I needed to submit to the VA since I was not a normal VA case. Had a great experience working with David Mordue and his team for our VA loan for our Kennewick home. They were available in the evenings and on the weekend whenever I had questions and they responded to emails quickly. We were ready to close 6 days earlier than our set closing date. Best of all, the interest rate was .375% lower than the bank our realtor originally recommended. GREAT customer service from day 1. Support a local Tri-Cities mortgage business!
