I had a dental emergency one morning that required medication. I also had to leave town by noon to make an appointment two hours away. I called the pharmacy and Brian reluctantly said he would try to fill it within half an hour to pick up on our way out of town. When I arrived to get the medication I noticed it was an anti inflammatory. Knowing I was already on one for another issue, I asked to speak to the pharmacist to clarify there was no issue taking both. The only man working-possibly Brian?-approached me and when I asked my question he replied "Aren't YOU the one who was in such a hurry to get out of town?"! I said yes and he replied "And yet... here you stand!" Angrily I replied that I didn't want to cause issues in my system with duplicating a med. "Take the new one for five days and then you can go back on the other." I stormed off and upon further reading the material he'd included-NO where did it say not to take them both at the same time. Not only did he treat me EXTREMELY rude for a question concerning my health and meds but then left me confused with his suggestion and nothing on the medical print out. All the women working the registers are easy to talk to and very kind. I have never written a negative review, but feel this man should be questioned on his behavior.

Would literally give negative stars if I could. If my insurance didn’t require me to go to CVS and there was another one in the tri I’d immediately quit going here. I just spoke with someone named Brian who was beyond rude. He didn’t warn me before placing me on hold with their blaring hold music he was incredibly unhelpful as well. He essentially asked me how to do his job for him. I attempted to get a prescription filled in Spokane as I’ve been here for two weeks. It wont be filled before I return to the tri. So I was asking if it could be moved back and he was clueless and again so rude.Their new automated system is also AWFUL!!! It makes it incredibly difficult to speak with someone in the pharmacy and pushes their app (which I have and use religiously) however I have certain prescriptions that require me to speak with someone to get them refilled. Overall I’m extremely dissatisfied with this pharmacy and Brian I hope you have the day you deserve!

Called about a prescription on Friday that should’ve been filled by Thursday. They said it’d be done between 3 and 4. I went to pick it up at 430 and they told me another 45-60 minutes. They were rude in the process. We don’t have much choice but to use CVS. If I had other choices I’d use them.

Received my medications on a timely manner but was extremely disappointed with my Prevar 20 vaccine appt., which was scheduled for 12pm, 01/10/2024. Arrived at CVS at 11.30am to pick up medications and told the technician to check me in for the Prevar vaccine. She spoke to the pharmacist behind the counter who told her that they ran out of that medication! Why was I not notified via text? The technician told me to call tomorrow before 11am to check if vaccine is available! This is not acceptable! Customer should be notified if vaccine is not available. Till this moment, 6.14pm, I have yet to receive any text message regarding my \"scheduled\" Prevar 20 vaccination! Very unprofessional and unreliable customer service!

Hire some more people. At least enough to open a second line when there’s a line of people

I can not get this pharmacy to fill a prescription correctly. I am on a reoccurring prescription and every time my refill comes up I have to (1) request a refill even though autofill has been enabled and (2) correct the pharmacy to fill the correct product. The customer service is bare bones and you MUST self advocate for your medications or they will mess it up with no help offered.I only go here because my insurance company is contracted with CVS and I am required to fill here or pay full out of pocket.

The over the phone automated system is quirky and never works right. The texting system that notifies me of prescriptions being ready only works half the time. Due to both of these situations I always have to end up speaking to a person to make sure my prescriptions will be filled on time and are ready for pickup. CVS really should do something to improve their system. The staff are always polite and friendly so that is a plus.

The pharmacist has an attitude. I call CVS Pharmacy on 10/31 at 3:39pm. The person who answered the phone did not even state his name or that you reached the pharmacy. He sounded like he did not want to be there. It was like I was bothering him. He mumbles his answer to me. I said have nice evening and he said nothing, just hang up the phone.

Rude, lying, condescending staff. I had to switch to CVS because of my insurance and I’ve only picked up medications 3 times but I am NEVER going back to this place. The staff is rude. The pharmacist lied to me twice—once telling me he couldn’t look at his own inventory and again when he told me they had the medication (after I pushed back and asked again) I needed in stock when they didn’t.I can’t imagine how stressful this job is—but lying to people and interfering with their medical care is unacceptable. The pharmacist there should be fired.

I find the associates at the pharmacy here to be kind, courteous and professional with every visit. I must brag about Juan, as he stayed to help us, even though the pharmacy was going to lunch. We had a bit of a lengthy process and other customers approached expecting service (some rather demanding), but Juan remained pleasant and professional, welcoming them back after lunch.I don't know why customers get angry or upset with the associates when they have to wait for a prescription, or one cannot be refilled. It's not their fault. There are so many rules and regulation they have to adhere to, don't take it out on them. This is a great pharmacy with a wonderful team that's here to help you, treat them well.❤️

I really appreciate how efficient this pharmacy is! Everything flows effortlessly, the staff is very pleasant and the pharmacist took time to explain the drug to drug interactions with me and his concerns due to my respiratory status. Very impressed!!

The lady at the pharmacy was so nice and helpful. I was ready to pay full price for medicine not covered by insurance, but she went through a few extra steps to find a deal for me that saved me $100. Literally $100.

Literally the most inadequate cvs I have ever been to. They refuse to help figure anything out, tell you a prescription will be ready at a certain time and then it’s not ready until the next day. Also I showed up when they open and they opened 5 minutes late. Completely incompetent.

It is easier to interact with the DMV than to get help here.

So I've used Target CVS pharmacies before in Oregon, never had issued. Moved up here a couple years ago now and because of our health insurance we have to use a CVS pharmacy. We also live in West Richland, so Queensgate is the most convenient. We didn't have any issues until recently. Sometimes I haven't been notified when a med is ready. My meds have started being given to me month by month and my insurance prefers 90 day supply. Also in the last 4 or 5 months my husband and I have had to go through 4 or 5 new meds between the both of us and not once were we given a consult, when it clearly says it on top of the rx paper on the front. I know how to use google and I listen to what my doc says and read the pamphlet, but that's part of their job! So it's frustrating for them not to do it...I hope they start getting their act together again soon. Cuz I don't have much of a choice but to use them.
