Went 30 minutes after they opened the door was still locked and the chic went and ducked under the desk. She kept peeking to see if we were still out there so we ended up leaving to t-mobile next door.

It's exactly 5:05 PM on a Saturday, the hours are listed as open until 7 PM....but the shop is closed. 2 hours early.I just got off work and didn't have time to go during the day, and I didn't see any note on the door indicating an emergency.Supremely uncool, Cricket.

The lady helping me was very rude and called mea l**** and kicked me out of the store. She also was using foul language and she was very unqualified because she was just calling people for help and didn’t know how to do the job herself

customer service sucks! they charge fee's to ur account by mistake and refuse to reverse them! this is the worst cell phone carrier in the united states by far!!! service is extremely bad too!

Tried to take care of business on the phone or computer and it is impossible. Was charged for something I did not order and can't take care of it without going into the store.
