I appreciated the great communication from Cline computers, whoever had responded to my texts was extremely friendly and the staff was so understanding and nice. I spilled water on my MacBook and they were very knowledgeable about the diagnostics after water spill. Thank you very much Cline computers!

I discovered Cline Computers years ago when I first arrived from NYC. This is the THIRD time I have used them. Great then and as expected - GREAT now. When my OLD PC (Windows 7) went "Kapoot" they (Colby) came to my Unit (as far as I know the only company in Tri Cities WA that does "onsite" services), and did a GREAT deal to to "make all right again" and MUCH more! They transfered ALL of my important files from the older PC to the one they provided.Even showed me where what was familiar to me was located now (and eliminated much I did not need)- They are extremely knowledgeable (even with older programs) and courteous, professional, a VALUE to the Community. As an aside - Long ago Cline helped me to hook up my OLD VHS system to a Wega TV (found on EBAY) with which I watch Old tapes and DVD's (NO TV)- Showed me how to do xyz as well on these older systems. They KNOW a lot about many different Programs and "Things" besides PC's.

Several cases of support, be it in the shop, remote access, and at my home for multiple units. Signicant reduction of my “technology frustration.” Pricing is very reasonable. Pleasant and respectful staff.

My astro a50 gaming headphones had a problem with updating and stopped working. I took them to cline computers and they got them working again. I am blown away because I spent hours trying to get these working with no luck. Great service at a great price! I will be coming back with my other computer needs.

Joel is absolutely the best. I was able to walk in with my laptop and have my issues resolved. Amazing!!! I would never ever go to Geek Squad again. Joel is professional, knowledgeable, and very affordable. Aside from that, he will even do on-site service calls. What's not to like?

Best place in town to get computers repaired! I have had my website with them for over 10 years, and they have great customer service. Good job, guys! Just got my internet through them, too. One stop shop!

These guys were great, at least for my situation. Sometimes you see a gag price list in a shop, the highest rate being for "You tried to fix it yourself, but you screwed it up." Well, that was me. Busted a ribbon cable clamp on the motherboard. But now, at a very reasonable price, I have a working laptop again!

You need a different person on weekends. Does not like to answer questions. I have had computer work here before. Never again. Don't have the family type service anymore..Trying to be like the big stores now. They will answer your question if you give them a $20.00....

The staff was nice BUT, I've taken my computer there twice now. I should have learned after the first time. First time: I needed my power port replaced in 2022. When I finally got my computer back, got it home, it wouldn't turn on. They power port hadn't actually been connected. Had to take it back in. Got a call to come pick it up, got it home and it powered on, but the keyboard didn't work. Whatever vendors they used to repair it were very sloppy. Second time: I just had to have a palm rest replaced on my computer. Obviously a big markup on parts, as expected, but when I got it home, now it makes a constant ticking noise, and the speakers don't work. Very frustrating after paying $450 bucks for a palm rest replacement.
