If I can give a 0 star I would ! This place takes forever drive thru sucks ! Takes 3 people to do one simple job . Waited in the drive thru 15 min and I was the only one there ! I just needed to deposit money . ATM was closed . Super sucky service

I’ve been patient but can’t take this branch anymore. They’re so unreliable. Their drive thru ATM never works, and now the one inside has been inconsistent too. I’m paying extra fees to get money out of a Wells Fargo ATM in the middle of the parking lot 60 seconds away.
Considering the pristine location in Richland, it’s unacceptable to not fix your known ATM reliability problem for your customers.
I highly recommend avoiding doing business with this branch. I’ve gone inside many many times to let them know their ATMs aren’t working and tried to politely let them know they’re having problems serving their customers.

I had a bunch of dollar bills and change in my piggy bank that I wanted to deposit, and they help me sort through everything and were very quick. Michael was awesome!!

Unsure why the negative reviews, but meeting Francis Robles was a refreshing experience. Francis was a true professional, kind of an old school banker. The staff at this branch and the overall feel of this Chase in Queensgate was so refreshing from bank "brand X,' that we recently left. Keep up the good work Francis! Thank you.

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service! If zero stars was an option, that would have been my choice. 4 out of 5 experiences have been awful. I would recommend avoiding this branch at all costs. The branch off Jadwin has always been helpful, I would recommend going there.Todays experience was having me wait 10 minutes while 3 employees helped one customer with one other employee helping another. The one employee helping the one customer had acknowledged me a could of times, then watched a customer pulling into the drive through and acknowledged him has well. She finished helping the person she was with and acknowledged me again, then walked over to the drive through, got stuff from the customer and continued helping him at the front counter with me still waiting. At this point I left and will NEVER return to this branch. From the manager on down, they just need to fire everyone and start over!Jamie Dimon needs to start over if he wants JP Morgan Chase to succeed and start with Customer Service Training.

I went to cash a 1000 dollar check you guys charged me 10 dollars to cash it because I'm not a customer I understand that's fine but at least give me an envelope to put my money in. Very rude and poor customer service first and last time I'll ever go in there Shame on you guys

Came in a week and half ago to set up a business account. Scheduled the appointment for today. Arrived today for said appointment, “oh sorry, our accounts manager is gone for the week”. So here is chase affecting my business, due to their ineptitude. Taking my business to another bank.

Made an appointment online to open a business checking. I go into the bank and the banker (Rocio Guzman) told me that she wasn't able to open business accounts. Frustrating. She then "made" another appointment to meet with their business banker at the earliest available time. I return to the bank at the time she stated to meet with the business banker only to find out that she never booked the appointment and was again turned away. Completely disorganized, completely unprofessional.

Their tellers are poorly trained on policies, Terry laughed at me and was extremely condescending.After 9 years they cancel my credit and debit card while sending notifications to wrong addresses.. the waiting time when you call their 800 number is ridiculous and chances are you’ll get hung up on. do yourself a favor and bank somewhere else.
