I highly recommend getting the monthly unlimited wash plan. I go daily during my lunch break because it is always so quick and the staff is always so helpful and friendly.

Honestly I want to so badly like this place because my kids like the lava wash and it’s so close to my house, but it’s garbage, every single time. First off it’s expensive, then they ask for a tip which I always do always expecting maybe they will scrub my car today or dry it off. WRONG. Every time. I went in today paid 25$ which was platinum and a tip. Went through and left to go scrub bugs off the front of the car and side mirrors. You could still see dirt all over the top of the car and windshield and back of the car, which I then had to also wash off. why offer a drive through car wash if you have to go home every single time and wash the car off again. Why aren’t they trying to get any bugs off before the start of the wash? We live in a dusty area, we are going to have dirty cars. I’d expect the 25$ to at least get the dirt off. The autobahn on gway is great if anyone is looking for a better place!

All but one location of Mister Car Wash has good service. Plenty of smiles and quick attentive service at the pay station, Walla Walla may need new management or at least Service Excellence retraining!

The asking for a tip is insane. The quality went way down since it was Bush carwash. $20 plus tip pressure, and they don't dry off your vehicle anymore. My trucks tailgate didn't look like a $20 wash.

I wish I would have got the guy's name who helped me yesterday. I've only been to the location near CCB, this was my first time here and got confused about the membership side scanner. Your employee was very nice and helped me get checked in. He also told me about a free upgrade to my membership. My pickup looked great after running it through. Thank you!

Left a deep scratch in my rear windshield, and the compensation they offered was 3 months of unlimited washes like I want to keep going through to see what other damage it can cause. They also told me that I would hear back in three days, and it nine days, and me calling to complain
