Service is expensive (even for a dealer), with price information hard or impossible to obtain online. Within a day of the service my car developed a completely new fault they refuse to look at it without paying unknown diagnostic fees, despite the fault almost certainly being related to work they did. Car smelt unpleasant after the service, too.

My husband and I just purchased a 2022 GMC Diesel Yukon Denali from this dealership. Our sales agent was Danielle Tolison. Must say she was amazing! She really went to bat for us to get the best trade-in value on our 2015 Yukon Denali. If you are looking for a new BMW or are interested in a good used vehicle, we highly recommend you ask for Danielle.

I brought my car in because it had a check engine light. During the two days my car was there, someone opened boxes inside my vehicle and took out directions for parts to a completely different vehicle. This completely broke any trust I had in bmw and I will not be leaving my vehicle with them again. My car was also returned to me with a giant grease smudge on the back bumper that still has not washed off two weeks later.

They were very friendly and fast, did a full inspection and service, fixed 2 recalls. We had the car back in less than a week.Very professional and knowledgeable, I am a very happy customer.

Sales person was fantastic! But ended up being told we were next for financing and should be about 10-20 minutes ended up waited 2.5 hours. Had a 2 month old with us, ruined a great experience.Received a call the next week, not sure if it was in response to this post, they apologized for what happened and are looking into their process.

Miguel became much more than a car saleman during the wait for my BMW i4 to arrive. I found myself texting him when I thought about the arrival of the car just to have a chat. He was always very informative and friendly. He ended up going way out of his way to ensure I got just the car I wanted. (Turned out better than!) Even took the extra time to help me get a rebate i had no idea i could qualify for. Come see Miguel Reyna for an amazing buying experience!

BMW tri-cities has been a great dealership to work with purchase of our car. We live in Seattle, after multiple disappointing calls and dealership visits we started to contact dealers within WA state. The very first call to this dealership gave us hope and felt valued. Zina who helped us ,went above and beyond to get us an allocation , place an order and communicate regularly with updates.Though the initial estimated date of delivery was pushed due to BMW production freeze intermittently ,they did an amazing job of checking in on the status. We knew we did the right thing of choosing to work with them.Driving 3.5 hours for this proved valuable and a joyous journey.Highly highly recommend this dealership. Their customer service is exceptional!

I happened to be in town visiting friends and was in need of some service for my BMW. I pulled in and hoped for the best. I was greeted by Ryan in the service department and he was able to get my service work done quickly. He also had my car washed and I was back on the road before I could finish my coffee and snacks. I also sat in all the beautiful cars. I will take one home next time I visit.

Unbelievable service! From someone who is in the industry I realize it can be hard to squeeze someone in during the summer months, not only was Damien accommodating, he made me feel welcome and at ease during an out of town emergency tire repair. From top to bottom I was updated and on top of that I was on my way within a couple hours, I was even greeted by the service manager Bob who backed Damien to ensure I got back on the road during my travels. 10/10 one of the best bmw experiences yet to date. A round of applause to such a strong team @ BMW Tri Cities! Thanks everyone!

Professional and efficient, but not particularly friendly anymore. Previous service dept personnel were much more engaging and friendly. No greeting when I entered the service dept. stood unacknowledged while the service writer continued working on whatever he was working on.

Brought our X3 in for service and to meet with Eli to talk about ordering a new X6 and ended up driving home in a new X5, loaded with everything and then some. Eli was awesome to work with and set us up right with the new car. Ryan in service was also great to work with. A great experience! I recommend highly.

I ordered a custom 2023 X3 M40 through Miguel Reyna and I couldn't be happier with the experience with him and BMW of Tri-Cities.From placing the order to delivery took 61 days (crazy fast compared to the dealers I talked with in Seattle). Miguel worked with me to do as much as we could remote (I'm a 3 hour drive from the Tri-Cities area) and the only thing we had to do in person was sign the paperwork on the day I received the car. Miguel kept me in the loop on progress of the order and answered a multitude of questions from me. He even helped me order some port-installed Carbon Fiber options that weren't on the BMW website.Everything went super smooth and the car arrived in pristine condition. Javier in the Finance Dept. so helpful and steered me towards some protection packages that I was curious about. With both Miguel and Javier, I felt like they were consulting and not selling.You know you've bought from the right salesperson when you feel like you're buying from a friend :)BMW is truly the Ultimate Driving Experience and purchasing a vehicle through Miguel and the team at BMW of Tri-Cities was the Ultimate Buying Experience!
