I have been to Beaver Bark numerous times, prior to this visit, to purchase my vegetable plants for the season. It is always such a pleasure to walk through not only the nursery but to enjoy the variety of specialty items in the gift center. This visit was a Women's Event that was beautifully planned and executed. A sign at the half closed gate said it was only open for a special event. A beverage station was inside the door and food samples at the back of the store. They had prepared interesting and tasty tasting food options. I will return to get more information on a quesadilla and salsa that was outstanding. Every woman loves a sale and everything was discounted. Yes, I left with my purchases. The quality of the clothing, decor and other gifts is exceptional and the nursery is the best. They have common plants as well as more unusual varieties in A+ condition. Thank you Beaver Bark.

Alisha is the bomb! She was so genuinely helpful. Offered guidance, went and looked stuff up for us! She was insightful and very attentive. We had a lot of shopping to do and she made it effortless with her support throughout the shopping spree. The checkout was fabulous too! The girls had pre checked out our carts so when we went up with the final cart they literally got us out in minutes! Then - who knows how we left one, but we forgot a cart, they called us and helped us load it into our already cram packed suv! Can't say enough great stuff about this store and their staff! Can't wait to spend our Beaver Bucks!

I’m not one to leave reviews, especially negative ones. Unfortunately, the three times that we’ve gone (hoping for a better experience each time) we were sorely disappointed. To our surprise, the staff treated us like we were a nuisance to speak with and very much gave the impression that we were not welcome (very bizarre). We were hoping we had just caught them on off days… but by the third time, it was obviously disheartening. Maybe we will try again one day and hopefully things will have improved.

I purchased 4 rose bushes last year paid $325 for all four. I went back to the store after three moths and talked to the owner her recommend we feed fertilizer to the roses we did everything he recommended he said to give the bushes a least a year if there was no change he said for us to go back and he would exchange them. After the year in May of 2024 we went back took pictures and talked to the woman owner she searched for the. Notes of the conversation we had last year but said they don’t guarantee their plants for a year. If I can give them a zero I would I will never go back to this place their plants are super expensive comparing to other places and they don’t guarantee them. I was talking to the lady and explaining to her everything we’ve tried for our bushes to be healthy and she only stated at me like saying who cares.

I have had experiences with two employees - one experience was 5 stars and the other was a 1 star so I averaged it to three stars. The good experience I had was with an employee who was friendly and provided good info about a plant I was looking at and ultimately bought. The bad experience was with a teenage employee who was rude and completely disinterested in providing good service. She made me really mad and the anxiety I have had at the prospect of having to potentially interact with her again has kept me from returning to get another pot that I want from the store. I hope I can get over it because I really want that pot lol.

Usually my go to every year for herbs and a few plants but this time (and last year) was pretty disappointing. They keep raising their prices (I know I’m aware everything is going up) but the plants were pretty dry, I couldn’t find an employee that could help me, a few try to hide or walk fast away. I know the daughter in law of the owners, was working the counter and acted like she was too good to help. All the signs and stuff that they have in their gift shop, they order from Amazon and jack up the price. I’m just assuming they do that with the clothes too. I have boughten a few clothing items but they only last a few washes…I truly hope they try to train the Employees a little better, than just pointing to things that “I should try”

I have shopped here for years. After a plant I bought bloomed the wrong color, I was initially told I was out of luck and there was nothing they could do. Beaver Bark ended up calling me back and making it right, allowing me to exchange for a different color and even exchanged it for a plant of greater value after my initial disappointment. I appreciate them valuing me as a customer!

My first time going to Beaver Bark & it’s my last. I’d give 0 stars if possible. I went to Beaver Bark to buy a few tomato plants for my grandmother. She is currently fighting cancer and she loves plants and flowers. I find the tomato plant section, grabbed a few I know she’d like. They were all extremely tiny. That should’ve been my first clue. I grabbed a few other items, then went to checkout. I had several questions about the plants & the girl at the counter couldn’t answer any of them. She asked her other co-worker who was working the other register the questions, but the attitude she was giving was not necessary. At that point, I was ready to get out of there. I also bought 4 big bags of soil. I asked her where do I pick those up at & she said drive around to the side, there’s someone out there that will load them for you. I drove around to the side & waited for 15 mins with my trunk open for someone to load the soil. Nobody ever came. I ended up loading them myself. I gave the plants to my grandma but guess what? They were trash. They were root bound and seemed as if whoever was watering them at Beaver Bark didn’t know what they were doing. Lowest quality plants possible. My grandma is trying to grow them but they aren’t growing like they should be (she's been a master gardener for 30+ years). After spending $134 at Beaver Bark, it was a total waste of money & really embarrassing to give my grandma plants that are bottom of the barrel quality. Save your money & time & go somewhere else!!

I had a fairly large gravel order delivered and was initially told by email that the gravel could be spread out as it was dumped, and I believe this request was even included in the driver’s notes. Unfortunately, the driver told me that, although this is usually possible, it would not be for me because he wasn’t in the right truck. The failure to do this meant hours of extra work on my part that I did not anticipate, when I had decided to go with Beaver Bark in the first place specifically because I was told this could be done, despite them being more expensive than other companies. I don’t think it's reasonable that I had to pay the same delivery fee as everyone else for a lesser service and one that was quite different to the one that I was promised. I did raise this concern in a reply on the original email chain but received no reply.

I actually think the plants here are really nice, but I don't appreciate being followed and snuck up on like if I was some kind of criminal going to shoplift plants. I would like to think that I wasn't being stereotyped or profiled but based on other reviews I'm not the only one who has felt this way here.

Beautiful plants. Great presentation. Took a star away because young, cashier girl,was lazy and couldn't seem bothered to do her job. Just before closing on a Monday.

We have gone here every year for Santa pictures. I would have given it a 5 star in past years, but this year was disappointing. Wasn’t the same Santa. The set up seemed cheap. However, as a whole, the place is always beautiful and has the best gifts!
