Since this is part of a massive chain, a lot of it depends on the staff. When we first walked in, the 3 girls were chatting non stop with their personal stuff going back n forth. That was fine, as we were scoping out the flavors and have not decided yet. Once we made eye contact, the girl that helped us was very friendly. We tasted and settled on the Jamoca almond fudge and almond pistachio. Both were excellent. We had a buy one scoop get one scoop coupon, that made the dessert outing reasonable. Otherwise we feel spending over $4 per scoop is a bit expensive. The single scoop on sugar cone was very generous. We enjoyed our summer treat. We will return on the 31st, when ice cream is 31% off.

me and my family were eating ice cream outside at the tables, as to not disturb the workers because it was less then an hour to closing time. apparently that wasn't enough for the staff because they came out to guilt trip us about sitting at their tables because they "had to clean them again after we left". we offered to move out of respect but she said that we would just know for next time... as if it was a wild thought to think we could sit down outside during open business hours.

Bad employees especially the manager, she is extremely rude, they’re not helpful or quick. They run a gross business where they cross contaminate items that should be nut free with things that have Nuts. Not worth having an allergic reaction. I wont be going back until the female manager is not working there anymore.

Poorly run. Owner of the franchise should be in there until it's operating correctly. Busy, understaffed, didn't even have 31 flavors available because of poor management. Didn't have free waffle cone for two scoop purchase with nothing but excuses and no substitution. All that and pricing 30% higher than other locations like Clarkston.

This is one of my favorite place to take my kids but after today things change we got met up with rude service I understand employees are tired but the person with pink hair was very rude

Nice and clean inside. The staff is always friendly and willing to give you a free sample of any of their amazing ice creams. They make great milk shakes too!

Amazing ice cream and service. Very friendly from the time we walked in. The only thing I regret is not getting the name of the person that helped us. After my wife ordered she asked if she could get some ice in a cup for her hand (it is broken, in a cast and it was swollen at the time). We were more than happy to pay for the cup but the young lady put some ice in some plastic wrap and made bag out of it so it would fit her hand better. All I can say is thank you so much that is above and beyond. Sorry I didn't get her name but I think she had pink hair. Thanks again you are amazing

They have every flavor you want for ice cream perfect place to bring kids, they can get all their bubble gum and triple chocolate with extra candy and sauce on top so you know they will be taken care of be super wild for 45 minutes and pass out. Fun place to come

My husband and I ordered a spiderman birthday ice cream cake from this location. Let's just say we did not get what we ordered at all. But they did refund us and gave us the cake they made for free. That is where we left it. Then today I got a phone call from the owner who was extremely nice and apologized. He was friendly and that extra effort made my day he didn't have to but he did. This location is my family's favorite Baskin-Robbins we drive from pasco just to get ice cream. They are friendly and their location is the nicest I've seen around the tri cities. Thank you for going that extra mile. I 100% suggest this location.
