I recently visited Richland Baskin-Robbins, and I must say, it was a delightful experience from start to finish. As an ice cream enthusiast, I couldn't resist trying their flavors, and I opted for a quarter-size scoop with a combination of pistachio almond and cookies and cream. Let me tell you, it was a match made in dessert heaven!The moment I stepped into the store, I was welcomed by a warm and inviting atmosphere. The cozy seating arrangements, coupled with the charming decor, created the perfect ambiance for a family outing. It's the kind of place where you can enjoy your ice cream and have meaningful conversations with your loved ones.Now, let's talk about the star of the show - the ice cream itself. this is an awful buisness!!! the place is disgusting and dirty and there is black mold growing on the icecream tubs when you open them .

Excellent customer service. The gentleman working was so kind, provided samples with a smile, and the scoops were not small. Overall great experience, they also have outdoor seating. I recommend paying them a visit?

I have gone here a total of 3 times. My first time, the chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream was stale and had a freezer burn taste. I decided to let it slide and give them the benefit of the doubt. The next time I went in I ordered a Oreo cookie cappuccino blast for myself and my colleague. After tasting, my drink was watery with no flavor and my colleague attested the same exact complaint. I called manager to let him know my concerns and he said to come in and he would remake drink. W. To the I got to the store he let me know that I was the only customer who has ever complained about tel he drink and went on and on about how he followed the exact ingredients he does for every drink such as this. After he was finished speaking, I said so how do we fix this? If the drink will be the same and with the same watery ingredients, maybe I should try a different one that tastes better. He then proceeded to tell me that if I wanted a different drink it would cost more. There was definitely a language barrier as he is not from the US. So he ended up making me a ice cream smoothie instead, which he didn’t even fill up to the top of cup. As I was leaving, he says to me “don’t ever order the cappuccino blast again, I wouldn’t recommend since you not like taste.” I walked out of building and tasted my drink and it was stale, milked down and gross. I have been eating at Baskin Robins all my life and never have had this experience. I will not be back to this specific store again after my experiences. The phot below represents my drink after leaving, I literally took 2 sips, but it wasn’t even filled to the top.

It's always clean and the people are friendly. There is limited seating inside and some more seating outside. I got a waffle sundae here and really enjoyed it, there's always new ice cream flavors to try as well. I do feel like the ice cream scoops are a little small for the pricing, and they're definitely smaller than other locations nearby.

I turned the wrong way off of gothels onto Stevens, before the directions, it's 890 Stevens, suddenly Baskin Robbins was to my left. The Skating rink is across!!! Baskin Robbins has a very nice group of employees!!!

Absolutely awful. They messed up a peanut BUTTER reeces sundae which does NOT have peanuts. But for whatever reason they decided to put it in there anyway. The ONLY reason why I am giving it two stars is because it is possible that they thought that peanuts go in a peanut butter sundae?

I always ask them to PLEASE make my milkshake thick. Either they don't know how to do that, or just don't care what I want and make the crappiest milkshake (basically just really milky and runny ice cream). Only reason I'll keep coming here is because my son loves it. But I will NOT be getting anything for myself since they don't know how to make something so simple.

Ordered an ice cream cake for Valentines day. It turned out so cute! It was an easy process to order and when I mistakenly came in earlier than my pick up time it was all ready to go! Great customer service and delicious cake!

Prices seem to go up almost every time we go. 7$ for two scoops of ice cream seems kinda insane when you can get Tillamook ice cream at WinCo for 4$ for a 1.5 qt jug. The scoops keep getting smaller too. Makes it a rip off and not really worth going even as an occasional treat.
