I won't give names, but she couldn't count. She was so busy talking to everyone. She got all the checks out of order, and then told me loudly that I was off 500.00. Then was finding more checks. I finally told her to give my money back. At home again I recounted, and it was right on. Now I have to go in again.

Hi Banner Bank it's my humble request please check your Richland WA teller camera Date 06/15/2022 Time 9:25 am to 10 00 am. I came here for deposit they took 35 minutes for those.Do still think I have to do banking with banner bank.

If I have help from a person there, it goes great. BUT their ATM machine ALWAYS seems to have issues.

The staff is friendly and it's nice that you are familiar to them. I get all my questions answered and rapidly. One time I was told they did not have an answer and they would call me back later in the day. I really did not expect a call back and anticipated I would need to revisit them tomorrow. BUT I did get a call back. I was pleasantly surprised.

Update:The ATM was finally updated!! So much more convenient. I don't usually have to go to the window anymore and talk to employees that are less than friendly. Thankful for technology

I hate the Richland branch always the people are being stuck up. I always have to wait over 10 mins while Carrying my daughter when's there's 2 people that have no customers that can help me. I went thro the drive thru and the lady gave my card to the lady at there other window and her's mine. The Attendant decided to give me lip over why I was upset. Needless to say I gave that B a piece of my mind
