Autozone in Moses Lake is great. If you know what you need look it up before hand and head in to get what you need. Employees are cool, normally stay busy so you may have to wait in line at times. Self checkout is a great addition.

Their staff have no knowledge at all in many of their stores when in many times to several different stores as for check valve and they had no clue what I was talking about. And besides that you should compare the prices

Nicholas was willing to help me as soon as I walked through the doors. He found the battery I needed and replaced it in my car all with a serving attitude. I thanked him and he said he was just doing his job. We need more people like Nicholas!

Stopped in to inquire about a blinker light constantly going out on me and was helped by a very polite young lady Peggy I believe... I ended up getting what I needed and had the most pleasant conversation I have had with any store vendor in a very long time ... Would definitely recommend these people's customer service they rick

Went to check out why my check engine light was on and was at first being helped by a not so friendly employee and after some unpleasant conversation asked to speak to a manager to express my issues in hope to someone much more experienced. I don't remember her name but just wanted to say she was very helpful and helped me find out exactly what I needed thank yoyou

Peggy is very hard worker she is kind nice very caring she is excellent at her job she is by far one of the most valuable employees that works at auto zone trying to help people out treating everyone with understanding compassion regurdless of the situation i think she excellent at her job i think she vaules each and every customer treates them with them respect she has always been very helpful to me and my family when we have came into this store i highly recommended herWe always go into see peggy when were in town needing parts tools fluids ect i highly recommend this store

I went to auto zone on a Saturday, spoke with the manager, very helpful guy, but what I did notice was that the assistant manager Peggy, was very upset at the fact that while the manager was helping me, she was noticeably angered by the fact that he didn't stop helping me to answer the phone, while she was just standing there watching the customers instead of helping customers. She rolled her eyes and as we walked by her Peggy said to "really?!". The person that was with me said to her, he's helping someone, she rolled her eyes again and turned away. So I purchased what I needed and left. Sunday comes around and I have to return and take in a starter, and have it tested. Now the person that is hooking the starter up looked very confused and at this point I became very concerned, because it didn't seem like this guy knew how to hook up the starter correctly. Well, he finishes connecting the starter to the tester, and as soon as he closed the door to test, I could see that the starter started to smoke, and I got very worried that he had fried the starter due to connecting it incorrectly. So, while I'm at the other end of the front counter I see Peggy talking with another AutoZone employee, so I walk over to her and asked her where the other guy is and she said that I would have to wait that he was outside, and so I gave a brief description as to what had just happened and she rolled her eyes again and said that I would just have to wait, and as I walked away she rolled her eyes again, and I said to her "why are you being so rude, you were rude yesterday and you're being rude today" she put her hand up in the front of my face and told me I need to stop yelling at her and that I would need to wait or I would get kicked out of the store. I asked her who the manager was and apparently it was the guy who had been helping me all along. I said good, then I will complain to him about rude you're being. After this the manager came in and as I started to explain to him what had happened, she kept interrupting and even at this point the manager had told her to go wait in the back and she said no, I won't...There is so much more to this story, but at the end of the day I spent over $500 this weekend, and Peggy is the reason why I will not go back there again. I explained to the manager as we walked outside as much as I could, and he said that he would "talk" with her. Here's one of the many issues I have with what happened, not only was she rude, but she gets to treat customers anyway she wants, and she gets away with it. To the District Manager, Adrian, I highly suggest you get cameras in this place, and not just to protect from theft, but to see how she is treating your customers, she's going to cost this place not only the name, but lots of money too. I hope that Adrian reads this and reaches out to me to get the whole story, my contact information is in your system.

Recently went into auto zone and had nothing but the best experience!! They were patient with my queations even the dumb ones, apperently there is no such thing as blinker fluid! Peggy was the biggest help and answered all my questions with the up most respect! 10 out of 10 would go back, customer service was amazing!

I find it very interesting that the last 2 reviews are women that have never liked Peggy and voiced that out loud not just today but I'm other social settings. Peggy is an unbelievable person, and extremely helpful at auto zone and a very generous women in the tri city community.These nasty women that have a commented before me have hate for Peggy that at least one of there issues with her stem from highschool......very sad they would stoop to this level and be able to affect a wonderful women's job.Peggy your a rockstar and I will pray for these sour women.

The way Peggy treats customers is ridiculous. God forbid you ask her for help or to do her job. It is like pulling teeth. She rolls her eyes, talks to you like you’re stupid and don’t you dare ask questions, because apparently that’s pushing her over the edge. God forbid someone helping you and the phone rings and she has to answer it. She hates her job more than she hates people, and she makes it VERY CLEAR. The best part, they don’t have cameras so who knows how she really treats customers. To District Manager Adrian, I hope you read this and return my phone call.

I went in to get a free check on my engine light. It was quick and done and they gave me a print out of the codes.The staff was unemotional. I didn't get greeted walking in the door nor did anyone say goodbye to me when I left. Customer service is lacking at this location.

I usually find the staff tries to be helpful.I note a younger generation, less knowledgeable of products and their purposes.Thus i mostly ignor them until I'm ready to make my purchases. Note- The house is pretty well stocked. Again, ignor the youth (tide pod generation) and you'll probably find what you need here. Competitive pricing too.
