Brand Specialist Trey Venegas with the assistance of Finance Manger Javier Castro spent the entire week working with me to get the paperwork, financing and insurance all in order. Trey went above and beyond by picking me up at the airport and Javier had the paperwork already for me to sign. Within the hour I had the keys to my new Jeep and was on my way to the birthday. “I honestly cannot recommend 360 Automotive enough.
I was having issues with my Toyota Highlander having random alarms. It was a problem I definitely needed fixed because it would alarm randomly and even in the middle of the night (neighbors probably weren't too happy).
Whenever I go to a regular mechanic, if they can't fix the problem they recommend that I go to the dealer. So I figured why not cut out the middle-man and go straight to Toyota. Huge mistake. I basically paid Toyota $240 (diagnostic fee after tax) for them to do no work and no definite diagnosis. I mentioned to them that from everything I read online it was most likely the hood latch. They insisted that it was no the hood latch.
Anyway, long story short, out of desperation, I took it to 360 Automotive because I couldn't just let this problem persist. I honestly thought they wouldn't figure it out because even the dealer couldn't figure it out. But they did figure it out and it was 100% the hood latch. So they fixed it and my problem is resolved.
So the next time I ever have a problem I'll cut out the middle man, Toyota, and go straight to the real experts. And I've gotta say Wayne and the entire staff at 360 Automotive were awesome!”
“Today was my first time having service done at Richland Tire Factory. I needed an alignment done and they had the soonest availability out of all the places I contacted. I waited in their lobby and they were done in less than an hour. They had good customer service, communication, and documentation of the service completed.”

“Jiffy Lube in Richland WA has really come through for me. They offer timely service with no appointment necessary. The fluid top offs are great before taking a long trip. The prices MUCH better than Toyota of Tri-Cities which charges WAY more $$ for the same services. I will be going to Jiffy Lube from now on. The employees are very pleasant as well.”

“Hands down 5 stars to these guys. My thermometer was jacked up and it had a hole in the tube which resulted in spraying antifreeze all over my engine. Shane took me outside and showed me what had happened. I left my car at 10:30 or so and they called me at 2:00 saying they were done. Very fast and honest people and I would recommend them to anyone. Reasonably priced and they didn't take advantage of me either. Thank you so very much for the hard work and honesty you showed me.”

I had an excellent experience at Les Schwab. They got my car in quickly to remove a bolt from my tire and did it at no cost—something I really appreciate.
Cristine was amazing. She was handling a difficult customer but still managed to check me in smoothly and professionally without missing a beat. Her attitude and efficiency confirmed my decision to switch to Les Schwab from another nearby dealer.
My only recommendation: when a screw, bolt, or nail is removed, it would be great if the team showed it to the customer. I wanted to see if the bolt came from my garage or the road.
Overall, the service was outstanding—10 out of 10. Thank you!”

“Recently purchased glass for my table. Not only are they fast and friendly! The price is right!!! and if you are not completely satisfied they will try and make it right! My glass ended up not having the rounded corners and even though they had just dropped it off they picked up on the same day , fixed it and dropped it off again. I wasn’t expecting it back on the same day! I am so happy with my table ,I definitely recommend ?”
