I brought my truck in do you have the air conditioning service which led to them fixing the dash lights then I had a misfire in cylinder number two I brought it back in they quickly diagnose it only to find out it was a minor problem instead of what we thought it might be or could be I want to look to pick the truck up it was no charge they don't oversell they don't try to sell you things that you don't need matter of fact they could have told me there was a lot of things and gave me the bill and I would have known I would have known the difference but they're not that way I can't say enough positive words about them especially Shane who answers the phone takes your keys and make sure the job is done God bless them there and they will always have my business”

“So 3 months ago this place changed my oil. Everything went fine, but when I went to get my oil changed the other day at another place, they said they could not get the filter off. They said it was put on way to tight. So I had to come clear back here ( l live in Portland, 4 hours away). After waiting half an hour they said the were out of my oil and I needed to go buy oil and bring it back. They were able to remove the filter and showed to me and it was clearly deformed due to difficulties getting it off. I just hope I don't run into this again. All this while waiting in 100 degrees. Very hot with no AC. But they did the job.”
“Trust the good folks at Les Schwab for honest service at a fair price and to always stand behind their product. 2013 ford fusion tech pointed out swollen lug nut issue that I had never heard about and because I trust them I agreed to replacement before looking up the problem. Its real ford makes a two piece lug nut.”
“Locally owned. The inside is a JUNGLE, literally beautiful plants everywhere. His kids graduated from my high school a couple years ahead of me! My dad told me about this place 20 years ago when I got my first oil change. That guy who owns it doesn’t work their much, but the technician who has worked there going on 5+ years now is consistent, knowledgeable, quick and not chatty! Its awesome. No upsale. I tell everyone I know about this gem because I don’t want it to disappear. They will even let you bring your own oil and charge about 40$ for service and disposal! As a National Guard member for Richland's local unit, we drive all over the state in all kinds of weather. With the better than factory tires, I can do my job with added safety during the winter months.”

“Very friendly fast and helpful! We had a slight accident. The sliding glass door off the master bedroom broke.. They offer an after hr emergency service. They will send a tec out to board up the giant hole in ones house or business. In less than a week, the glass will be ready to install. Other local glass stores are at least out 3 weeks, with one 45 days out.”
