Even though I didn't end up buying a car from this dealership, I can not sing their praises more. Anthony was patient, understanding, and chiefly helpful in navigating me though a wealth of choices. This was my first time ever interacting with a dealership and Audi/ BMW tri-cities has set the standard in every conceivable way. I just want to share my amazing experience with Audi of Tri-Cities! Thanks to Brian (Sales Manager), Armando (Business Manager), and Scott Barnett (Salesman) for their exceptional service. They really went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. From start to finish, their communication was top-notch, and they made sure I got the best deal in town. The car is in excellent condition, and the whole process was seamless.

I have had an excellent experience in ending one 3 year Audi lease and beginning a new one with Audi TriCities. Everyone has been very helpful and especially patient with my many questions and uncertainties in the process. Eli provided clear information and made great recommendations in selecting the best car to match my interests. Javier made the paperwork process as simple as possible. Chris was generous in approving purchase options Eli identified for me. They have created a return customer in me.
