Recently went to talk to a sells representative about my bill. I was lied to about not having a discount added to my bill. When I called AT&T customer service they told me that my discount was applied and not needing to worry about it. The manager also lied about a promotion that they were doing at the time when I upgraded my phone. You’re better off calling customer support than going to this store.

If there was a choice of no stars, we would have chosen that. We went into purchase a new phone- should be easy. However after asking if we were DirecTV subscribers (we are) they said we could basically get another phone and reduce our combined bill if we bundled our ATT and DirecTV services. Not only that, they said, but we could reduce our monthly combined bill by $50/month. Ok, so they got working on that, which included cancelling our current DirecTV service. When DirecTV came for install, they said since we have DSL for our internet, we could not get the receiver that was part of the bundle. So I had to call DirecTV tell them the story and beg for mercy to reinstate me as a customer, which they did. Then… our ATT bill came, which was $110 MORE than the previous month. Upon calling ATT (very helpful, although the call took 2:48) the Richland store had signed us up for xNext Up, added an old IPad as a phone line, and upgraded all lines to their premium plan.. All of which we never asked for. Don’t give them your phone! Don’t trust them with your phone plan!!

Been to a few shops in different cities and hands down this shop is the my favorite! They have helped me no matter if it was just a quick question to setting up new phones or adding lines. They're customer service is phenomenal every time! We just traded in a phone, and we had Veronica help us out and she was absolutely amazing! Outstanding worker! not just with us but with all her customers! We went in the following day to trade in another phone and saw Veronica again but we had another gentleman help us this time who *unfortunately didn't get his name* but amazing service and great attitude as well with everyone he worked with. Also, Veronica helped us install a new screen protector that came out great! Definitely recommend!

Both times I have gone in I have got help quickly and efficiently. It’s a tiny store so not much sitting room if you have to wait, but it wasn’t an issue for us the times we have gone.

The store manager and Michael went above and beyond helping me out with my phone issue. There customer skills and experience and knowledge of the phones was off the charts. I really appreciate what they did for me getting me back up and running in a timely manner so I wouldn’t miss anymore business phone calls or emails. Hats off to ya fellas

I forgot to post this a few weeks ago ... no need to mention a name ... he knows ... (Manager) ?️ BTW ... they will not allow more than one bad review from the same person ... so I am adding the second one here ? Also ... I was given the email and name of the Head Manager of the Headquarters of the owner of the Queensgate location ... That was many weeks ago and I haven't heard "ONE WORD!!!!!!!!! POST #1 ?️ "THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY ... "NO EXCUSE!!!!!!" ?? FOR WHAT YOU DID YESTERDAY!!!!!!!"" ... I had an appointment ... and if you had taken care of me when I first came in the door and not pass me off to Michael (who was thoroughly confused ) instead of messing with those boxes ... you could have gotten me on my way so I could make my appointment!!!!!!!!! like you promised earlier!!! ... You should have done the "RIGHT THING AND "TRADED PLACES WITH MICHEAL!!!!!!!!!? ?? But ... you decided you're Iphone customers are "MORE IMPORTANT THAN A LONG TIME CUSTOMER (Many ... Many years!!!!!!!)"" ... That is soooooo "SAD!!!!' ?? POST #2 ... I had a really nice ... long meeting ... with AT&T Management (Actual AT&T Owned Location) ... this morning ? ... We went through all of our "REALLY SAD!!" ? ... BAD EXPERIENCES!!!!? ? that we have had over the years with that Queensgate ... Authorized Dealership ... that I was told ... "IS NOT OWNED BY AT&T!!" ... I was informed that AT&T ... perhap has a small ownership ... Maybe?!?! ? They were very happy that I have taken the intuitive to bring this to their attention and it definately "NEEDS TO BE FIXED!!!!!" ? They were very sorry to hear about so many problems over the years ... "ONE THING AFTER ANOTHER!!!?" and then to be treated like I was yesterday ... ? I was informed that they were soo happy that we have been such loyal customers for soooooo long and that they were "NOT HAPPY!!!!" ?? with the way we have been treated over the years by Queensgate!!!!! ... and especially ... "YESTERDAY!!!!!" ... The exact words were ... "LOYAL ... LONG ... CUSTOMERS COME FIRST!!!!!!!!" BTW ... (Manager ... IXXXXH) everyone of those bad reviews ... "ARE NOT FORMER EMPLOYEES!!!!!!!!!!" ... I can't believe you would think I would be that dumb to believe something like that!!!!!!!!? Also ... years ago ... when I went into AT&T in Richland (next to Winco) ... I was informed that they were getting high numbers of AT&T dissatisfied customers from Queensgate ... coming in with complaints!!!!!!! ????????? ... Well ... I've got a couple of days of documents to prepare ...
