Highly recommend this storage facility. Customer service from Jeremy was not only welcoming and friendly but efficiently helpful, even providing guidance to assist us transferring our belongings from another city to ABC. Although I haven’t been in there very long. I’m already very happy at ABC. It’s a little pricey for me. But for the Cleanliness, lighting, and security it is worth the money. The staff is great. Very helpful, Patient, and understanding. I would recommend ABC storage.

Decided last minute that we needed a U-Haul to take our son's stuff to college and got a great 5x8 U-Haul and great service by Crystalfor only $35 with insiance. Going down and grabbing it only took about 15 minutes. Amazing!

Very clean and secure facility. Staff very friendly and helpful. Added bo us they have a Uhaul dealership so pickup and drop off are convenient overall every thing you need in one place. Highly recommend.

This place is a great place to store at. The people are very nice and funny as well. They went above and beyond to get me a good deal on prices. The grounds and unit were very clean as well. Would recommend to anyone looking for a storage unit.

Do not bid on a Bid13 storage unit auction with ABC Mini Storage - Richland. After you win the auction, ABC Mini Storage - Richland will cancel your bid even though you won it.
