Drove by. It's closed, gas pumps removed, and windows boarded up. I called the store and the number is disconnected. Interesting, Google maps must have an autoreply for low stars. I'm sure the store owner will not be getting back to me about this post.

I went to pay for gas at the pump, my card was declined however 7-11 still put a hold on my card for over $100. When I went back to the store the clerk said that they could not do anything about it at all. When I called Corporate they didn't want to do anything about it. They stole over $100.

This is a store that is in need of staff replacement! They do not adhere to covid-19 protocol! They listen to inappropriate radio commentary that is wrong in any work setting. They park their personal vehicles in customer parking. ( Right out front of store) which is a no-no in any retail environment!I am choosing not to shop here anymore! There is another convenience store just a few blocks away! It's worth the extra drive to avoid the incompetence at your store. Best wishes, loyal local! Not that you read this or care?

I don't usually shop here but it is the only place open after hours due to Covid. 7-eleven is ok when you need a quick drink or gasoline but it is not like a grocery store they are limited to what they carry and the store is always dirty.

I completely agree that there's a total disregard on how to run a proper business. I have a good friend who lives in that neighborhood and she told me about the new manager complaining that he can't find somebody to do the job correctly and provide good customer service.. Knowing this I went in there and dropped off a resume. I told him I can stock to cooler and work graveyard. He said cool let me talk to Heather and I'll get right back to you. They never got back with me. I think what they're doing is just trying to hold every profit from that store and they don't understand that you have to give to get so it's really easy to just go down the street and go to the other 7-Eleven, and cut that one out of the picture. I don't think they want a good employee there. Because that would bring accountability, and they just don't want that. So whats happening in that store is literally a reflection of the upper management.

New owner doesn't know how to keep good business. The coolers are always empty, no one pays attention to customers or customers needs, its dirty everytime I visit, and nothing is ever in stock. I would not recommend anyone ever going here i think a lemonade stand has more in stock than this location ever does. I wont be shopping for food or gas at this location anymore. P.s. pay attention to your customers and there needs and you will be on the start of a successful business.
