The wheel fell of on the highway immediately after purchase. A bit dangerous but luckily no one was hurt. Other than that, everything about getting a vehicle with 1st choice was great..Jacob was phenomenal and everyone was super professional and pleasant to work with. They gave me a great deal on a car and everything runs smooth.Great customer experience but since I bought it “as is” I understandably am liable for the issues even if it was immediately after purchase.After the accident, They were willing to take a look at the car but unfortunately not reimburse me for the repairs I will now need to make. Great folks but be sure to have your vehicle inspected after purchase!

This place was great! Ashley sold me a 2003 Chevy Silverado for my teenage son. It had a few minor issues and she said that they’d fix them within 30 days if I wanted to buy it. They exceeded every expectation I had! Mark fixed the AC, sensors, and an error code three days later on Labor Day! The alarm came back in for an unrelated issue and he did some unrelated additional repairs they were not obligated to do when I bought the truck. So not only did they fix what they promised, but they fixed the unrelated problem all free of charge! In this market you almost expect to be ripped off when buying a car. Mark and Ashley took great care of us! I am definitely going back to them for another car when I need one. I highly recommend you give them your business! No regrets and I’m very happy!

Devin is extremely helpful and great to work with. The atmosphere is all about making you feel comfortable, not pushy or invasive. I looked up the car on Carfax and found that the price was lower than listed and Devin had been completely transparent on the overall condition. Great experience!

We had an excellent experience buying a used car for our son. Devin was very polite and helpful without being overly pushy or feeling like he was making things up as we went along from car to car.
