Younker Nissan sure helped us out while we were traveling and I had electric issues with our 2021 Nissan. They fixed our car problems quickly and got us back on the road. They are honest, kind, knowledgeable and accommodating. They even gave us a ride to nearby IKEA for something to do while they went through the car. They do thorough work. My family and I were lucky to come across Younker Nissan on our vacation. Many thanks to this awesome service department/dealership!! ??

This goes back to previous visit too:Asked them to look at shocks and struts while doing multipoint inspection, failed to do so. Went to other mechanic to get struts and shocks diagnosed and replaced.This time had check engine light and was hearing an odd rattling fan sound. Told rep about it. They notated everything and quoted $175. When I returned they told me they’d turned off the error light. Asked them about the noise, “ohhhh diagnosing the noise, that’s going to cost more.” Probably should’ve told me that when I first mentioned I hoped to have that investigated. Not even the cost - more the fail to address my concerns. And the error light came back on 4 days after my visit.Last two visits reps had techs ignored my concerns.

This is the 3rd time I've taken my current nissan rogue to this location for an oil change. I'm not sure if it's because I purchased lifetime oil changes when i bought the car or if it's something else but I definitely get a lack of service everytime I come in. 2 of the 3 times I came in they never reset the oil change notification so it constantly reminds me that I'm do for a service even though I just had one. All three times I've come in for services I've been given 3 different tire tread depth readings. Not sure if I'm being scammed into trying to buy tires or if service techs are not actually doing the courtesy inspections because I paid for lifetime oil changes so they are not making any money on me coming in. All I can say is it would be nice to be treated the same as someone who is paying for a service.

I (basically)was tricked into buying a "used " Rogue from them. I was negotiating for a 2023 Nissa Sentara Make a long process short. I give highlights The person I was dealing with kept saying things that was tricky, but because I was excited, i listened.When we got to a deal, I mentioned I was excited for my Sentra. Steve ( employee) says, " Oh, im glad you mentioned something because that's not the vehicle I've been negotiating." WHAT !! proceeded to have me walk outside and show me a2023 Rogue ....hummm I like SUV so I agree to take itSign papers noticed 6K miles on it. I asked about them, and he says oh its a used SUV we got in yesterday. Ok..warranty still in place so I go for it. Sitting at home reviewing. My budget I realized im going to be strapped... but my issue not theirs. Beware!!! They talk i circles and fast.you can't get a word in,to keep you confused. Tell you all kins of ways you can " work" your budget.

I'd fist like to explain that I was in a situation with owning a car I really didn't like, and have gone through multiple car dealership and all told the same BS, but Jeff and his team worked miracles and helped us get out of that vehicle and into something I felt was a better deal and felt safer to drive. they went above and beyond to help, I was very Impressed. Alyssa was a big help explaining everything in the finance aspect we felt comfortable signing paperwork. Also, I would like to say that the gentleman V was great and helped us find the perfect vehicle and was on top things with getting keys and other options to test drive until we found the perfect fit. So thank-you Yonker we will be back to buy a 2nd car in the near future

Shout out to Garrett for putting my husband into his beautiful caspian blue 2020 Nissan murano. Barely 30k miles, loaded with leather seats, heated steering wheel , headed back seats, panoramic roof,and rides so effortlessly with power but smooth. Because of GARRETT, My husband Was able to walk in and use his amazing credit score and walk out with this beautiful suv. Easy to find! Great customer service! Their Customer service is not the best, I took my car in for service multiple times and they did fixed my car, but they are not too communicative, they took a long time to get it fixed even tho I gad an appointment. I feel like if they engaged more with people being more communicative and kind I’d give them 5 stars. Not to mention that they should speed up their repair process

Garrett was the sales person. We initially communicated via text and I could tell right a way that he was very attentive to my stated needs and had excellent communication skills with prompt replies to all my questions. When we met face to face to finalize the purchase, he was very easy going and considerate. I did not feel like I was being pushed in any way. He took his time to go over all the details of the car and basically made this a really nice experience for me. I also had a great experience with Alyssa the financial coordinator. I will absolutely recommend Younker Nissan to everyone.

I stopped into Younker Nissan because I received something in the mail telling me I had the chance to win $20,000. I was all about a lottery I didn't have to pay to enter! To be honest, I was surprised that I ended up buying a new car - but the staff was so friendly and they gave me such an incredible deal I couldn't refuse! They treated me so well, they have a new customer for life. Thank you very much to the entire group that helped me buy my dream car!
