Terrible customer service. Xfinity should not use these people to represent their company. They were not knowledgeable about current plans and seemed helpless. This was a complete waste of my time.

I arrived 10 min before closing to ask a question and they said they were closing up, as soon as I left they locked the doors. the guy locking the doors ducked down as he locked it and walked away squating as if he was hiding from a camera or something..? I do not recommend this place!!

Isahy helped us out. He is very patient, and explains everything. We ended up a good deal with Xifnity!
