Walmart is the best. I Love their George Tshirts and probably have every color, style in my closet now lol the store does its best when it comes to customer service but falls short on occasion but what would expect when the customer count outnumbers the staff 30 to 1 majority of the time or even more during the holiday seasons so I give it up to them.... Plus let's not talk about the types of characters the staff has to deal with, we've all seen those videos haha I love Walmart for what they provide for the community. If you want a Target atmosphere, go to Target don't expect that when you walk into a Walmart lol A bit chaotic at times but you're still gonna wait in that line for your final purchase just like everyone else because they do have some nice deals and you can't beat their prices allot of the times.

Rarely do I expect any kind of help at a Walmart. I get it. Nobody gives a shit. But this one hit a new level of "I don't care". I truly have never been treated by a group of people who don't care like this. Honestly, fuck this place.

Yep, this is a real 5 star review because it is true for the Curbside Drive Up staff today, 11/27/23. I messed up when picking up my order and had to return the next day instead. Christian called me at home to say he would put it aside with a note for the staff. When I drove up today it did take a minute for them to find it but they were so into good service and friendly, I was amazed. Great value and great curbside drive up service Renton!

This is the worst Walmart ever!! They treat all of their customers like shoplifters. Training is necessary for this location to be able to separate customers from shoplifters. The belittling, disrespect and humiliation is awful. Staff stay at the door with police standing by to check your bags as you leave. One of there staff guys searched my bags of groceries over and over again, stating he didn't see one of my items on my receipt, while people looking at me, wondering what I stole. I watched this same staff person harass people of color holding them up like thief's. I am waiting to see if there will be a class action law suit against Walmart for treating their customers like shoplifters. If enough people get together we can do a class action law suit against Wally World.! I have a hard time believing that they should allow their staff to harass you after done shopping, checking and looking through all your bags leaving you feeling frustrated and disrespected. I don't see this happening at the other locations!

I was in the Bellevue store today. !st time in a long time. Service was excellent. Other customers very polite and helped Seniors at check-out. Although the store is a bit of a drive for me, will shop there again. One suggestion- shelves of many of the drugstore items were depleted. Obviously a draw for many in these tough economic times. Worth the drive for me.

I go to a lot of Walmart super centers around the state to pick up stuff for work. This is by far the worst one. The workers all have their earbuds in their ear. Me and others would ask for help but they would walk away even though I would call out to them louder. I'm looking at you furniture section workers. You guys need work. I got help from someone in the meat section when they came across furniture section. Even looking up on their device for us. That's what u normally should do. The people in the shampoo aisle were also helpful. But just be prepared for no help here The people in the shampoo

This Walmart is the worst one that I've ever been to. I worked here for a few weeks in the management was disrespectful and had an attitude problem. The personality is sweet, but the front and manager is completely rude. Even when she was hanging out with her friend, she pretended like she was better than them, it's disgusting that she is capable of what she is and no one has a problem with it. On the first day of me working there I was warned about her but I didn't believe it because I don't see how someone can be like that but now I feel like a fool for trusting her. The reason why I quit was primarily because of her. I did not want to have her around me let alone as my boss. The place is completely gross in the system has so many problems at Walmart. I had lots of people not knowing about the bag policy. How do you have to pay $1.08 for one bag and they would want to talk to the manager. I know this is not up to this Walmart to proceed with that or not as it's a ruins, Washington state for Walmart's, but even just the way they were in customer service as a joke. Everything is up in the air and we don't usually have a manager on site all the time someone there comes to be a problem or something we have to do with it ourselves even though I just started that job. Worst job and environment ever.

I was surprised how much everything is here are Walmart. I was shopping for backpacking food and some medicals and all were here. Originally I thought I would need to go to Walmart and Trader Joes, but I only needed to go to Walmart.

No customer service. They really don't have a clue. I though I wrote enough to communicate the point but no. This Walmart should be avoided

Horrible store. I'm from Houston I went to Seattle ordered curbside groceries get there and the curbside is completely blocked off. I spent an hour in the store trying to find out how to get my groceries. No one knew where to send me. Then they bring all my things with no damn bags

A genuine third-world experience. Messy, drab with stark cold white lighting. Bathrooms were closed due to "an emergency." It smelled like an emergency. The checkout clerks looked like they were trainees, slowly picking up items, examining them, and scanning about one every 10-15 seconds. I finally gave up and got into the slow line to the self checkout. As I did (muttering something not very polite I admit), a woman behind me laughed and said, "I know right?!" At self-checkout there were no bags. There were people with large carts of groceries and what were they supposed to do? The employees there seemed unconcerned. One asked me and other customers if I wanted I buy some fancy bags. We did not. Oh well. After I stuffed things into the holes in my pack of toilet paper and under the wrapper, I went out. At that point one older guy working there was walking away. Someone asked him where he was going. He said, "oh, I guess I should go git some more bags." (Gee, Lemuel, ya sure about that?) So the had them, they just couldn't be bothered get some till people started cursing at them? I'm not a big Walmart fan but have always found the basic services there, and basic cleanliness. This was unreal. Positive note: I did ask one guy for help finding something and he was nice and pointed me in the right direction. (After leaving my review I decided to check the other reviews. I don't know whether to laugh or just shake my head. Similar reviews go back several years so clearly Walmart management doesn't give a rat's a$$.)

Where do I get started??? Besides people who literally work there don't know anything but clocking in and clocking out, (the norm). You will be expecting to get your own shopping cart as only the morning, early afternoon workers are gone, the ones who truly bring carts in. Be prepared for language barriers, co workers chatting beyond their lunch and breaks, non-existing human checkers, lost workers when you ask where something is you either get the, "Go ask him!" Or, "I don't know..." flat out awkward. You ask a question you will get the blatant explanation of where something is or some gibberish you don't understand and the famous, just walk away. Today was a neat experiment. I was preparing for a camping trip and wanted to get a pocket knife that was locked in the glass cabinet. I asked this islander guy and replied, "See him? He has the key to open the pocket knifes!" Alright wrong department I'll ask this guy. Black man with glasses wearing ear buds on both ears focusing on unboxing the toys in the toys section responded as I kindly asked for his help, "I'm listening." As he looks on his toy he is putting away. "Oh yeah I was directed to you because I need to get a pocket knife and you had the key." He replied with a shrug and said, "Go see who is over there and they got the key bro." I told him in a more straight way that there was nobody there and that he was the one to help. "I don't fuckin- ask the damn pharmacy for help." And walks away. Turned out I never got the knife and things I wanted or needed. Other Wal Marts I have been to have been a better experience or I get bugged with workers asking if I found everything I needed. But all I listed is what you will find at the wonderful Rainier Wal Mart Supercenter as the absolute worst Wal Mart in the history of man kind. If you live in the Seattle area just go north seattle or bellevue or auburn and federal way. You won't be receiving help at all lol. Just look at how the wal marts rated 1.6 stars lol.

Most often when I visit the Renton Walmart and need assistance I'm met with attitude, complacency and or ignorance. As mentioned before, I have MS and walking is difficult. In addition I've recently undergone orthoscopic knee surgery at the beginning of the March. Upon entering Walmart I found there were no shopping carts available. Carolyn sees me and ask if I needed a cart, I said yes. She asked me to wait and walked out into the parking lot to find a cart. Another customer was just finishing loading her purchases so Carolyn offered to return the cart for her. Upon returning to me she was approached by another customer who wanted the cart. She apologized and motioned to me as to say it was taken. This is the 1st time I've ever experienced exemplary customer service at this Walmart. I was beside myself! Carolyn, thank you for your service! I worked in customer service in one form or another for 32 years and it was really refreshing to have this experience.

I have pulled some wild stuff here and staff has not killed me yet, yay. It's loud, dirty and disorganized but what do you expect at the cheapest store in the hood.
