I had an 11:30 appointment for an oil change. I arrived on time and was told it would be 2 to 2 1/2 hours before they could get to my car. When I asked why it would be so long, I was told that the technicians were at lunch. This made no sense. Why bother making an appointment when you have to wait 2 1/2 hours to get in for an oil change. They waisted my time. Not going back.

The worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. They gave me a quote, had me sign the document which makes it binding on both ends, and then came back and told me that it was a mis-quote and they need to charge me more. No where on the quote was it stated that prices could change. After all was said and done and they heard my frustrations about the price quote I asked what my total was going to be. Only then did they let me know about the 3% additional charge they add for credit card transactions. 3% charge on thousands of dollars of repairs is an additional hundreds of dollars….that I would have been surprised with if I would not have asked. When I finally went to go pick up my car I was then told that the “Final” quote I was given over the phone was actually not correct….they forgot about the $185 charge that is standard check in fee, which I knew about and asked about if it was included in the quote and was told yes, so then my price went up once again. They took $100 off for the inconvenience which I did appreciate, but after all the frustration and misinformation it did not rectify the problem. Please do better Subaru, we love our cars, we are loyal to Subarus, we are all out here just trying to do our best, please do better.

I purchased my Subaru from a different dealership with a warranty that covers lost key fobs as well as other benefits, and was told I could take my car to any Subaru dealership with a service department.
I brought my vehicle here and Aaron Taylor was able to contact my extended warranty for me and have my key fob order, and even had it expedited so it came through in a matter of days when it should normal take 1-2 weeks. Coming in for my appointment to have my key fob programmed, I was told it would take about 1 hour which is great news since it usually takes 2-3 hours for this to get done. It got done in about 15 minutes.
Very professional and hospitable customer service and would definitely recommend bringing your Subaru here if you need a key fob programmed. I had a fuel pocket assembly installed on my old Subaru. I can’t remember how the process of that service went, but overall it was installed and was satisfied with the result.

Car dealerships and everything involved with them is a pain, you are lied to so often you just can't trust a word they say, and Walker's is the worst I have ever worked with... I could go on with specifics but just the last two visits because the platinum extended warranty says I need to use them, the deceitful practices come from all fronts. Usually this means it's coming from the top.. I would never buy from them.

Waited two years to come back to this location because of dishonest things they did back then. (Sales ended up giving substantial perks and cash to apologize for their actions.)
Came back to a mostly new staff, but still negatively surprised with the service. Nothing that cost money to fix this time though. I fixed it. Got a bit dirty in the process. It was, basically, a thoughtless and messy job completion.
After a straight forward oil change and tire rotation, they tossed my wheel into the back, sideways and upside down so I needed to fix it myself before driving off. They didn't correctly put it back into the well provided, meaning that I had to reset the wheel, the bin that sits in it and the trunk. Doable, but so is changing my oil. Guys, it's right there. It's a hole in the trunk shaped like a wheel ~ and you missed it. Do I have to check the number of bolts on my tires too? Come on.
If I hadn't been lied to before at this location so badly, I'm sure I'd be more lenient in this case. But this was the second chance I was extending.
I will continue to travel to inconvenient locations for my service because I simply can't trust you to do work that I leave feeling good about.
Two stars because it wasn't as bad as last time. ✨
