Only had one poor person working, they were checking people into the clinic, and doing both the inside line, and drive through at the same time. Every single person had some issue with their prescriptions not being ready or being out. The pharmacist was also crazy busy.

We waited at the window for 45 minutes and the car in front was still being helped. We gave up! I went inside and at least 4 people were waiting as well. Only the poor lady trying to help the person in the car, who was from Mississippi and apparently needed much assistance. Three other people were in the back but NONE of them helped out. Terrible service!!!

I tried to give this pharmacy and chance. But chances are over and I can officially make judgement that this pharmacy sucks! I’ve been waiting for a prescription that I really need for over two weeks and they can’t even give me an ETA and my other regular medications take forever to fill. Whenever I call this pharmacy to speak with someone I wait over 20 minutes and when someone finally does pick up the phone, they either hang up or they transfer me to a pharmacist and I have to wait another 15 minutes or so. I mean honestly this pharmacy sucks and I would go else where. Walgreens you need to do something about the incompetency of your pharmacy employees.

Avoid filling your prescriptions here if possible. The pharmacy is a nightmare. They will legit never answer the phone. I've only gotten someone once. It takes at least 15 minutes of hold time too. They've hung up on me, answered and immediately put me on hold, or I've just gotten automated messages that phones are down. Totally get that they are overworked, but I do not recommend bringing your business here. It's a mess!

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever went to, they are incompetent, you could die waiting on your medication. They don't even know how to enter your insurance into the system. Don't go there. I mean it is the worst of the worst!!!

Just don't bother.Did you make an appointment? It doesn't matter, you get in line to check in behind everybody else that didn't.Once (if you want to wait that long) you are checked in then prepare to wait, longer then you could ever imagine.Bring a book, your phone and patience if you ever need to go here.What's the point of having an appointment system, if it not honored or even used.

I've been going to this pharmacy location for years and though they're slow, I've never had a problem until today. But I will never go there again. Today I had a scheduled vaccine appointnent, and showed up 5 minutes before the appointed time. Apparently, the appointed time means that you get to go there at that time and stand in their long, long line with everyone else waiting to get any help from the pharmacy. After waiting for half an hour, it was my turn at the counter. After the guy at the computer looked up my appointment, I had to stand aside and wait while one computer system communicated with another system. After that was done, I had to wait again until someone (not the person at the register) manually approved something. I admit that I was anxious and antsy about getting seen. Finally, finally, I was taken into a tiny dark room where the pharmacist was surly and literally sneered at me. He told me I shouldn't hurry them, and I told him they should respect appointments, in response to which he said, "Really??!" like I was out of line, and put on an aghast face. He also asked me both my birthdate (standard) and my age. Why the age when I've just confirmed my birthdate?? When I looked at him funny, he said he had to ask. Really? I've never had anyone ask that when getting a vaccine.I don't blame the other people there; they were working hard. But I have lost faith in the company overall and I found the palpable animosity from someone who was about to give me a vaccine disturbing.I kind of also think someone was on hold on the other end of the line to the pharmacy for the entire time I was there (almost an hour). Yes, they were short- staffed, but that always seems to be the case there now.

This pharmacy is the WORST. They take forever to fill urgent prescriptions my surgeon called in, then when I call to check status, Im put on hold for 15 min, the phone rings for 4 min and then they pick up and hang up on me. This has happened several times. Then when my husband went to go there to pick up, they were very rude and said to come back in a couple of hours. Still not ready after it was called in 6 hours ago. Rude, slow, don't care about their customers. I'm switching pharmacies after giving them several chances over the past 10 years.

If I could give no stars I would. The incompetence from this pharmacy location is monumental. The staff is so overworked that mistakes are frequent. Good luck getting a same day prescription. If your life depended on it you'd better start calling funeral homes. This will be even worse now that they diverted all the folks from the Rite Aid off of Grady.

Today was my last day ever *trying* to buy anything from Walgreens pharmacy. This is for both Renton and Burien locations. I know this review doesn't mean anything to them, but hopefully it saves someone else the frustration I've been through...Had my prescription sent here. It was accepted and processed. Drive down to pick it up and after 20 minutes in the drive-thru behind one single car, it was my turn at the window. Sat for about 5 more minutes without anyone acknowledging me. When the seemingly lone pharmacist did come to the window, she told me my prescription wasn't ready. I go home and then get a call a few hours later. Turns out this location can't fill one of my needs with the proper strength and asks me to call the Burien location to ask them to fill the prescription.I call Burien. Wait on hold. Then I'm told I need to speak with the dispensing pharmacist and am put on hold again. The line disconnects after 30 minutes. I call back. I'm put on hold again for the dispensing pharmacist. The line disconnects after 50 minutes. I try to call back again and am again at the back of the queue. I give up. I cancel the prescription and decide never again will I use this pharmacy.

The Pharmacy technician with currently green hair, who runs the front of the pharmacy is outstanding! Super busy and stays super kind and efficient with patients. Wow! You are lucky have her!!

If you call this pharmacy expect to wait 15-20 minutes for them to pick up the phone and then directly hang up! What the heck is wrong with this pharmacy? Absolutely the worst customer service ever! I could go on and on....

If there was a -5 stars I'd give it to Nelly at the photo center. Never met anyone more lazy and unprofessional than him at any Walgreens ever. Karen on the other hand went above and beyond to make sure we were taken cared of and picked up the slack of her coworkers. Thanks again Karen for your amazing work. I hope they appreciate you there as much as we do.

Poor selection, low stock and long lines, what more could you ask for in poor customer experience? Well how about a pharmacy where the staff tend to be overwhelmingly apathetic, sometimes flat out obtuse, and overall happily send people with no transportation and are barely mobile to other pharmacies, simply because they don't feel like making an exception under certain circumstances. God forbid you have new insurance, some typo in the system, or even if the computer has a slight glitch. In short, if you are looking for a poor customer experience where you might literally die in line waiting for your meds, this is your place.
