I recently had an eye exam here as a new patient and had a great experience! The staff were very friendly and kind. Dr. Wong was very patient and answered any questions that I had with clear explanations. Would recommend!

Vision Plus provides excellent service. The staff is friendly, and my doctor was both knowledgeable and kind during my eye exam. The clinic is clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable atmosphere. Good selection on frames, too! I was able to find the perfect frames for me in less than 5 mins. Overall, a positive experience, and I would recommend Vision Plus for quality eye care.

I have been a patient of Dr. Wong for about 10 years now and I've had very good customer service and anything that I didn't understand the doctor and the I remember the staff have been very helpful

I have been a patient here for quite some time now and unfortunately it seems as though the service has really gone down hill especially when it comes to their customer service. They seem to be more concerned about collecting $$$ than your actual well being and care. Staff always seems lost and confused on how to go about things.

I have been coming here for two years now. They are quick to get you in, customer service is exceptional and the staff are friendly. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. They know how to get things done!!

I would have given this place 5 stars a few years ago but the service has went down significantly. The doctor is great, she's soft spoken and patient. We have been patients for a while here.Most recently they have moved down to Burnett and the staff has changed. They use to have these two stellar ladies who ran the clinic so well and I don't see them now.Long story short, I work in healthcare and have dual insurance but somehow I end up paying out of pocket so much it's almost like I don't have insurance. The staff I wish I knew her name misused our insurance and ended up costing me more money because she's that incompetent that she can't help her patients. She used the wrong insurance and now I'm having to pay out of pocket for my daughters contacts. The point is before the previous staff would work with me and help me get the most out of my insurance, I'm not a expert with how to best apply my insurance and trust them to help me. This lady is new is all about sales and making money. I am beyond frustrated with this place. I'm switching to a different clinic where I can get better service and help.This place may work for you but for me as of the past 2 years have not been it.

I've been going here for about four years now. The staff is friendly, and I had any issues. They listen to my concerns and what I think is best for me. I'm glad they moved to the newer location since the Benson location had no parking.

Vision Plus is simple the best. Dr. Wong is very attentive and her staff is always friendly and knowledgeable as well. I love the new location in DT Renton. I would highly recommend this service and location to anyone looking to find good and trustworthy eye care.

Had great experience with my annual exam, staff was friendly and helpful, and Dr. Wong was also very thorough with the exam.Location was good, plenty of parking, just need to figure out how to get in to the parking lot.

They told me they take my daughter’s insurance which qualifies for an eye exam and a pair of glasses, they did the exam but when I ask them for the eye glasses the told they don’t have them there , gave me a different location in Kent to get them , so I called and they say they don’t work with my daugther’s insurance , now I can’t get them eye glasses anywhere because the insurance only covers 1 time a year and the eye exam/eye glasses should be done at the same eye clinic . Now I have to buy them out of my pocket .

The staff are all courteous and friendly. The new office is really nice. Always provided direction in regards to what they were going to do before doing it to ensure I was prepared.
